Missing Rexburg Teen, Tylee Ryan, May Have Been Spotted In Nashville Tennessee.

Image result for jj and tylee
Elrod-Ausbrook is a longtime paramedic in Indiana, a court appointed advocate for children, and a former 911 dispatcher. Her husband, Bradley Ausbrook, is a sergeant with the State of Illinois Department of Correction.

Both have received training in human trafficking signs and they carry crayons, wrapped in paper, which they leave in public restrooms and other places so people who need help can leave a message.

Elrod-Ausbrook slipped one of those small crayon and paper packets into the coat pocket of the girl she met at a
Trace Adkins concert at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville on December 22nd, 2019.

Elrod-Ausbrook says they sat at a table with three other couples and the girl, who was with a couple who appeared to be in their 60s.

The girl said her name was Amy. She initially claimed she was "from out West," but the older man she was with said to her, “You know better than that,” according to Elrod-Ausbrook. The older man then announced that he, Amy and the older woman they were with were all from the Knoxville, Tennessee, area.

Elrod-Ausbrook said the older man refused to have their picture taken when a photographer stopped by their table.

Elrod-Ausbrook said the girl seemed out of place compared to everyone else in the room.

“Her behavior was over the top excited. She sang along with the Christmas music (playing in the) background. She started talking about different things,” Elrod-Ausbrook said.

Elrod-Ausbrook said the older man then pulled out his cell phone and appeared to text someone. The older woman he was with then picked up her phone and appeared to read a text.

At that point, the older woman got up and took the girl with her, presumably to the restroom, Elrod-Ausbrook said. They were gone for about 10 minutes, she said, adding that the older man also got up and left the table at one point.

“When they returned to the table, Amy was a totally different person now,” Elrod-Ausbrook said. “She didn’t say a peep. Every bit of joyfulness she had was not there.”

She didn’t join in on any of the songs when Trace Adkins started performing. Elrod-Ausbrook asked her why.

“She didn’t get a chance to reply. The (older) female replied, ‘She has to teach a church group,’” Elrod-Ausbrook said, adding that she was confused by the older woman’s response, which didn’t seem to relate to the question.

At the end of the event, Bradley Ausbrook helped the girl, who was sitting to his left, put on her coat.

“She leaned in and gave me a hug,” Elrod-Ausbrook said, adding that she slipped a crayon and paper packet into the girl’s coat pocket and whispered to her, “If you’re in trouble, leave a note.”

Elrod-Ausbrook said the girl squeezed her tight and then the older man walked up, grabbed the girl by the elbow and they walked away.

Everyone left sitting at the table talked about the odd situation after that, and one of them mentioned that the girl looked familiar.

When Elrod-Ausbrook went through her Facebook page when she got home, she saw a post about Tylee and realized she looked a lot like Amy.

Elrod-Ausbrook says Amy’s face was a bit thinner and her hair a little lighter than the photo she saw of Tylee, but her eyes and nose were the same.

Elrod-Ausbrook enlarged the photo she found on Facebook, cutting out the information about the missing children, and showed it to her husband.

When he saw the image, he too, thought it was Amy, according to Elrod-Ausbrook:

“He said, ‘Where did you find her at? Is she OK?’”

Elrod-Ausbrook reported the possible sighting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on December 24th.

She later learned that the other two couples that had been sitting at their table also saw the photo of Tylee on social media, believed it to be Amy, and contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Elrod-Ausbrook also contacted Rexburg police on December 28th, but she says neither the police nor the national missing children's group called her back to get more details. No one called back the other couples either, she said.

Frustrated and worried about the girl, Elrod-Ausbrook finally posted a note asking for help on the Missing Juveniles & Adults in Idaho Facebook page on January 7th, of this year.

“I have called two different numbers and no (one) from law enforcement has been back in contact with me or my husband,” she stated in her post. “So what are we assuming about these children. This has been upsetting to both myself and husband.”
She was then contacted by a relative of Tylee’s contacted her and asked her to call the FBI, which she did. Elrod-Ausbrook said the FBI called her back a couple of days later.

Although she’s grateful someone finally responded to her possible sighting of Tylee, Elrod-Ausbrook worries the delay in getting a response from authorities will make it harder for law enforcement to track the girl she saw in Nashville down, find out who she is and determine if she’s OK. She hopes they will find a way to respond sooner to possible sightings of the youths in the future.

7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan are the children of Lori Vallow-Daybell, and they have not been seen since September 2019. Lori failed to bring them to Rexburg authorities, after a court order gave her the deadline of 5 p.m. January 31, 2020.

Their mother recently married Chad Daybell — just weeks after his previous wife died. Originally ruled as natural causes, police are now investigating it as a suspicious death. Autopsy results haven't been released.

Lori's own husband died at the hands of her brother, who also died just before the children went missing.

Parker is a registered sex offender who failed to report moving. He also was charged for Travis' murder with accessory after the fact.

Travis' aunt, Teresa Richardson, said one of the three people involved in her nephew’s murder took his car after he was shot and left it burned in Manatee County, destroying any fingerprints or DNA on the car.

Jabez phone last pinged near an industrial park in a heavily wooded area.

Brett Ross Cantor Was Killed In The Exact Same Way Nicole Brown Simpson And Ron Goldman Were.

Brett Ross Cantor
A grainy black and white photo of a bald or close-cropped man with earrings in both ears looking up slightly towards the camera, wearing a long-sleeved loose dark shirt with a crown on the left breast and a long necklace ending in a cross-like figure
He was a 25-year-old record label executive, concert promoter and part owner of the Dragon Fly nightclub in Hollywood California. He was a good friend of Ron Goldman. Brett was killed in his home 11 months before and in the exact same fashion as Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. His throat was slit ear to ear and stabbed multiple times in the chest and shoulder. Also, the same homicide-robbery unit that investigated Brett's murder is the same one that investigated Ron and Nicole's murders.

O.J. Simpson's defense team wanted to introduce evidence of Brett's murder in order to show an alternative reason for Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson's murders. Judge Lance Ito did not allow the evidence of the murder to be introduced.

Brett was born on November 5th, 1967 to Rhonda and Paul Cantor. In the early 1970's, he and his family moved to the Los Angeles area. In the early 1990's, he served as an A&R executive for the Chrysalis Music Group. In that capacity he signed Jane's Addiction and helped get Rage Against the Machine its first record contract. Both bands became stars of the early 1990's alternative rock scene.

Brett left Chrysalis to work briefly as a promoter, putting together some of the largest concert and dance events in the city at that time, he also entered the nightclub business, taking a 10% stake in Dragonfly, a club known at the time for its 1970's and hip hop theme nights.

One spring 1993 night at Dragonfly Brett met actress Rose McGowan. The two soon became romantically involved. He helped her escape an abusive relationship that had led her to develop an eating disorder.

Brett was last seen alive in the early morning of July 30th, 1993, leaving Club 434. Later that day, his body was found at his Hollywood home a short distance from Dragonfly.

Brett had been stabbed 23 times around the head and arms. His throat had been cut almost to the point of decapitation. His tongue was pulled out through an incision in his lower jaw.

Brett was under investigation by the FBI for possible involvement in the drug trade at the time of his death. Allegedly, investigators found $130,000 in cash in a safe in Brett's office after he was killed.

His murder remains unsolved.

"Butch Casey" Was A Friend Of O.J. Simpson And A Club Owner When He Was Murdered Along With Sharon Anderson And Marie Rogers.

Casimir "Butch Casey" Sucharski

He was a friend of O.J. Simpson. He was a night club owner and that is how he became friends with O.J.

In 1994, he was 48-years-old when he was shot and killed in his Florida home. Two gunmen busted into his house while he was entertaining two other guests. The two guests were also killed. All three were shot execution style. The murders happened 11 days before Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman's double homicide.

The triple murder of Casimir and his guests was caught on surveillance video.

Two gunmen wearing masks enter the home from a patio door leading into his dining room. One of the guests, Sharon Anderson, gets up from the table and walks toward a bedroom in the back. She’s chased by one of the gumen while the other approaches Casimir and strikes him in the face with both hands. That gunman then knocks Marie Rogers off her chair.

By the time the video ends, all three are dead. One of the gunmen removed his mask. That man was Pablo Ibar. The other gunman turned out to be Seth Penalver. They were both arrested and eventually convicted. They were both sentenced to death for the triple homicide.

In an unusual twist, the Florida Supreme Court granted retrials to both men. Penalver was retried and acquitted in 2012. Ibar was retried and sentenced to life in prison in 2000.

On March 19th, 1995, he was shot and killed in his Malibu home by one of his girlfriends, 27-year-old stripper Suzette Melina McClure. She had shown up at the Malibu home at 22058 Pacific Coast Highway unannounced and found Charles with another woman. McClure killed him after he made it clear that he didn’t want to see her again.

McClure had worked in the aerospace industry, but was laid off. She then became a stripper and that is how she met Charles.

McClure allegedly entered Charles’ home from an unlocked door to the deck facing the beach. She went up to his bedroom where she saw him with another woman. After an exchange, McClure left the bedroom, headed back downstairs, where she hid in a closet until she could get Charles alone.

On her way back up the stairs, McClure crossed paths with the woman, who was heading down the stairs. McClure told the woman that she wanted to speak to Charles alone. Moments later, gun shots rang out.

Charles was found face down in a pool of blood wearing only paisley pajama bottoms. He was shot nine times in the head, neck and arms. When investigators arrived, McClure was gone, but her fanny pack, containing some makeup, personal items and her driver’s license, was found in the bedroom.

She was arrested soon after at her Santa Monica condominium, where police later found a .25-caliber automatic, the same gun that was used in the murder.

The former aerospace worker eventually plead guilty to second degree murder. She was sentenced to 19 years to life with the possibility of  parole. From what i can gather, she is still in prison and keeps being denied parole.

Lisa LeAnne Atkins

She was fun-loving and absolutely adored animals. One of the animals she loved was a parrot.

Lisa was born in January 16th, 1966 to Joseph Mercure and Martha Demaniou.

On April 4th, 1988, 22-year-old Lisa was working as a store clerk at the Village Pet Mart on 3684 W. Orange Grove Road in Arizona. She had just ended a telephone call with her mother, who was babysitting her 13-month-old son, when a hooded stranger walked in.

Lisa and a male clerk were standing at the checkout counter when the hooded man pulled out a gun and demanded money. The nervous male clerk fumbled with the keys to open the register and dropped them. When he bent down to retrieve the keys, the robber shot and killed Lisa.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department had a detailed enough description of the killer to release a sketch. He was a bearded man with sandy brown or dark blond hair, age 25 to 30, standing 5-foot-11 and weighing about 170 pounds. They think he was driving a green, older model pickup truck with wooden sides or a white camper shell.

Despite the description of the killer, Lisa's case remains unsolved.

"It's been so long it's almost like the memories are gone, I'm afraid," Martha said.

Lisa's son is all grown up and married with children.

"I bind unto myself today
The strong Name of the Trinity,
By invocation of the same,
The Three in One and One in Three.

I bind this day to me for ever.
By power of faith, Christ's incarnation;
His baptism in the Jordan river;
His death on Cross for my salvation;
His bursting from the spicèd tomb;
His riding up the heavenly way;
His coming at the day of doom;*
I bind unto myself today.

I bind unto myself the power
Of the great love of the cherubim;
The sweet 'well done' in judgment hour,
The service of the seraphim,
Confessors' faith, Apostles' word,
The Patriarchs' prayers, the Prophets' scrolls,
All good deeds done unto the Lord,
And purity of virgin souls.

I bind unto myself today
The virtues of the starlit heaven,
The glorious sun's life-giving ray,
The whiteness of the moon at even,
The flashing of the lightning free,
The whirling wind's tempestuous shocks,
The stable earth, the deep salt sea,
Around the old eternal rocks.

I bind unto myself today
The power of God to hold and lead,
His eye to watch, His might to stay,
His ear to hearken to my need.
The wisdom of my God to teach,
His hand to guide, His shield to ward,
The word of God to give me speech,
His heavenly host to be my guard.

Against the demon snares of sin,
The vice that gives temptation force,
The natural lusts that war within,
The hostile men that mar my course;
Or few or many, far or nigh,
In every place and in all hours,
Against their fierce hostility,
I bind to me these holy powers.

Against all Satan's spells and wiles,
Against false words of heresy,
Against the knowledge that defiles,
Against the heart's idolatry,
Against the wizard's evil craft,
Against the death wound and the burning,
The choking wave and the poisoned shaft,
Protect me, Christ, till Thy returning.

Christ be with me, Christ within me,
Christ behind me, Christ before me,
Christ beside me, Christ to win me,
Christ to comfort and restore me.
Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,

Christ in hearts of all that love me,

Christ in mouth of friend and stranger.

I bind unto myself the Name,
The strong Name of the Trinity;
By invocation of the same.
The Three in One, and One in Three,
Of Whom all nature hath creation,
Eternal Father, Spirit, Word:
Praise to the Lord of my salvation,

Salvation is of Christ the Lord."

Mars Hill Massacre: The Murders Of The Roberts Family.

The Mars Hill Murders

James Columbus, Mae Bell, Charlie L., Walter Mack, Eula Verlin, and Floy I. V. were all children born to Nancy Viola Tanner and Robert Newton Roberts.

James was the oldest being born on November 22nd, 1900. Next to be born was Mae on September 13th, 1902. Then came Charlie on November 1st, 1905. Followed by Walter on April 9th, 1907, Eula on April 24th, 1912 and then Floy on November 25th, 1915. They were all born in Cleburne County, Alabama.

Robert died on September 12th, 1956 and Nancy died on July 6th 1962 followed by Charlie who also died in 1962, but on September 16th.

In 1980, the rest of the siblings were all living in the same 100-year-old farm house in the Mars Hill Community of Celburne County Alabama. Mars Hill was a small, very rural community outside of Fruithurst.

At around 2 p.m. On January 3rd, 72-year-old Eula arrived at their home in the Mars Hill Community from a trip to Cedartown, Georgia. As she approached the front door, she noticed that the screen door was opened and the rug had been bunched up, propping the door open. She then walked into the house and entered the kitchen. Immediately she noticed that the kitchen drawers had been pulled out and the items were thrown to the ground. She had an awful feeling and decided to check on her family.

Eula's first stop was to check on 64-year-old bedridden Floy in her  bedroom. There she discovered Floy and 77-year-old Mae dead on the floor, laying side by side. They both had been shot by a .38 caliber pistol. Floy had evidence of being hit on the head at least twice. Floy still had a thimble on her thumb from sewing. Eula bravely went through the house and saw that there was still food in the oven, cooling down from lunch. She then checked Mack's room. The 72 year old man draped over the bed, still breathing, he had been shot five times with the same .38 caliber pistol his sisters were. Two shots were in the neck and face area. Eula then raced to 79-year-old James' room. James had advanced stage cancer and was bedridden. When she got to his room he was dead. He had been also been shot with a .38 caliber pistol. He was still in his bed and had been hit in the head, just as Floy was. Eula fled the home, jumped into her car, and raced to a nearby home where they called the police.

Sadly, a little over 3 days later Mack would die as a result of his injuries.

Police quickly suspected that is was a robbery, but the only thing that was missing was a 50 year old trunk that only held around $1,500 and some clothing. However, local folklore stated that James kept his lifesaving's of well over $40,000 in that trunk. Many locals did not know was that the Robert's family had begun using a bank some years previous and did not keep much cash on them any longer.
The trunk was found by hunters on Tuesday, December 28th, 1982 in woods three miles from the Roberts’ house. One of the Roberts brothers' suits were inside. Elua positively identified the truck. At the time she said that she hoped that the discovery of the trunk will help solve her sibilings' murders.

"I thought that they would never find the killers, but i also said that they would never find the trunk. You just keep hoping that something will turn up. It has been hard living all this time that whoever did this is still out there."
In 1986, U.S. Marshal Olbert Hiett confiscated a saw offed 12 gauge shotgun from his brother, Charles Hiett, at a family reunion. Olbert kept the gun locked up. Years later his brother and nephew were in jail on an unrelated arson charge. Charles contacted Olbert and asked him to get rid of the gun as it may be related to the Mars Hill Murders. Two of the three guns that were used during the murders were discovered in the possession of the Hiett family. For some reason they were unable to link the guns to any of the individuals that were questioned. Charles did get sentenced to two life terms in prison for lying to police and hindering their investigation.
Roy Harris and Carlton DeMoss allegedly had intimate knowledge of the crime. In 1984, DeMoss shot himself after telling his wife he had done a horrible act that he couldn't live with. Harris was said to have told anybody that would listen that someone was out to get him. In December of 1984, his body was found on the banks of the Tallapoosa River with a bullet in his skull.

With the alleged perpetrators dead, it is doubtful that the case will ever be solved.

On Thursday, February 2nd, 2006, Eula passed away at age 93 in her home on Cobb St. in Cedartown.

Something That You Probably Didn't Notice In JonBenet's Last Photo. Also, Only One Fingerprint On The Ransom Note?

I don't like posting pictures of people after they have passed, especially little children that have been murdered, but i thought it was relevant in this case. There are other pictures of JonBenet from after she passed in which the hair bow can be seen much better, but i didn't want to show too much of JonBenet.
On the left is the photo of JonBenet after she was found deceased and brought up stairs. On the right is the last known photo of her alive at that Christmas party. She is wearing the same hair bow in both photos.
Fullscreen capture 20190413 194821
This is the same photo as above, you can just see more. You can see that JonBenet is lying on the floor drawing. If this is JonBenet's last photo, why isn't she wearing the dress she had wore to the White's Christmas party? Where is her necklace? According to the autopsy report, she was wearing it when she was found. Better yet, why was this photo just released last year?

Did you know that despite Patsy claiming that she had picked up the note and read it only one fingerprint was found on it and it wasn't hers. The print belonged to a technician that did analysis on it.
