Debra Lee Frost
Debra Lee Frost was 17 when she was last seen around 10:00 p.m. in front of the Mountain Bell Plaza in Salt Lake City on July 9, 1984.
Debra told her boyfriend, who worked at the plaza, she planned to either walk or hitchhike home to Montgomery Street in Salt Lake City.
She never arrived and was never seen or heard from again.
It is not known if she located a ride or began walking on her own. Investigators believe she was abducted.
At the time of her disappearance, she was living with her boyfriend and his family.
The following day, she was supposed to have traveled to California to to stay with relatives, in order to get away from unspecified problems in her life.
Her brother believes she may have been involved with drugs.
In 2011, authorities learned Debra had contact with the police in Rock Springs, Wyoming, twelve days after she disappeared.
The nature of this contact isn't known.
The police records have been purged.
Fred Martinez, was a man Debra had dated occasionally.
He is Debra's only connection with Rock Springs.
He was 30 years old in 1984.
Martinez committed suicide in 1995, but investigators haven't named him as a suspect in Debra's disappearance.

They are talking to people who knew him to see if there is any connection.

Her brother says that he will never give up.
She has a burn scar on her left calf, a scar on her nose, freckles and pierced ears.
When she was last seen wearing a black tube-top with white fishnet over it, long blue corduroy pants and blue tennis shoes.
She was 5'6" tall, 120 lbs with sandy hair and hazel eyes.
