Peggy Angela Hernandez-Soto
She was 6 years old when she was abducted by her non custodial mother in Ogden, Utah on March 17, 2014.
At the time of her disappearance she was 3 feet tall, 55lbs, had black hair and brown eyes.
She maybe in Chile.

Did peggy have a serious medical condition?
No idea.
This child was never missing. All family members, as well as local and international authorities, knew her whereabouts all along. Legal procedures were carried out, and the corresponding authorities intervened to execute lawful procedures. Therefore, it is requested that this person be removed from this site.
