Susan Willand
Susan was a 54 year old single mother who disappeared on December 20th, 2019. It was 7:38 a.m. when she was seen on surveillance footage from the Southwell softball field in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. She had left her phone, wallet and car keys at her home on Kennedy Drive. She had also left her dog and her daughter alone in the house, which was very uncharacteristic.
Several weeks before, Susan had awakened in the middle of the night and called 911 when she realized her boyfriend was having a stroke. After she was providing him with round-the-clock care, which had become overwhelming for her.

On January 17th, 2020, Susan's body was located in the Merrimack River near 145 Pawtucket Street in Lowell. An employee of a private company was using a rake machine to dredge the Merrimack River around 10 a.m. when they made the discovery.
There appeared to be no foul play involved.
