Danielle Ann Stislicki

Danielle was very welcoming to everyone. She was vivacious, beautiful and kind with a big heart. She was born on February 28th, 1988 to Ann Stislicki, Richard Stislicki.
On December 2nd, 2016, in Southfield, Michigan, 28-year-old Danielle was working hard along side her mother at MetLife insurance company in the 25000 block of Telegraph Road. It was a Friday and she had made dinner plans with her best friend, Sara. Danielle left work around 5 p.m. She sent a text to Sara saying that she had to stop home first and then she'd be on her way. Danielle never showed up and Sara was worried, so she stopped by Danielle's home, but there was no answer. Sara then called Danielle's mom and told her that she couldn't get a hold of Danielle and that she never showed up for dinner.

When Danielle's mom and dad arrived at Danielle's home at Independence Green Apartments in Farmington Hills, near Halsted Road and Grand River Avenue, Danielle's black 2015 Jeep Renegade with the Michigan license plate number DGH8957  was there. Her purse and wallet were locked inside her Jeep. When they used a spare key to unlock the door. Danielle was no where to be found.
There was no sign of a struggle, but her car keys and cell phone were missing. Her parents called the police and they along with friends, family and volunteers searched all day for Danielle. There was no sign of her anywhere.

Later, witnesses came forward to say that they saw Danielle with a mystery man on the night she disappeared. The witnesses claimed that they saw a man with the hood up on his car, talking to Danielle in the parking lot of where she worked. The mystery man turned out to be Floyd Galloway Jr.

Floyd Galloway listens to witness testimony Sept. 9 in the 47th District Court in Farmington Hills during a pretrial hearing in the case against him for the 2016 disappearance and murder of Farmington Hills resident Danielle Stislicki.
Floyd was a security guard for the building complex. He allegedly would always hang around Danielle while she was at work. Floyd had a wife that was ill with cancer. Since, Floyd was the last known person to see Danielle, police wanted to talk to him. This is when Floyd attained himself a lawyer.

It was surmised by authorities that Floyd might have hitched a ride from Danielle on the night she vanished into thin air. A search warrant was executed for Floyd's home. Police allegedly seized a mattress from Floyd's bedroom, some floorboards, his car and his computer. While investigators comb through Floyd's home, Floyd and his wife moved in with his wife's parents.

Floyd's sister in law, Elizabeth, believed that Floyd had nothing to do with Danielle's disappeared and wanted to help find her in order to put suspicions a rest. When Elizabeth shared a missing poster of Danielle on her Facebook page, all hell broke loose within her family. Elizabeth's mother and sister were furious at her. This is when Elizabeth started to suspect that there might be more going on than she knew. That perhaps, her family was keeping some secret that she wasn't privy to. Elizabeth then finds out that she might be right about her family. She discovered that the reason why her sister and brother in law's house was searched is that there was witnesses that allegedly saw Danielle with Floyd, at his home on the evening she disappeared. And that was the last time Danielle was ever seen.

In the neighboring town of Livonia, a man attempted to rape a woman, but she got away and called 9-1-1. The description of the man and the police sketch looked almost exactly like Floyd, but the woman couldn't pick him out of a police lineup, so he was let go. There was DNA of the attacker left on the woman, and when police tested it, it matched DNA found from Danielle's case. Floyd was arrested and charged in the attempted rape and assault of the woman.

This event led police to do a massive search of the park where Floyd allegedly attacked the woman, but found nothing.

Floyd Galloway took a plea on 3 counts of kidnapping , assault with strangulation, assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct in the attack of the woman. He was sentenced to 16-35 years in prison.

Floyd's wife filed for divorce. She passed away from cancer in 2018.

This year it was announced that Floyd, who has been in jail since 2017, will stand trial for Danielle's murder. His trial is set for January 27th, 2020.. He is charged with one count of first-degree premeditated murder, a felony that could carry a life sentence without parole.

Despite Danielle's body not being found, it is believed that she died of asphyxiation at her home after some kind of assault.

At the time of her disappearance, Danielle was 5'5", 123 lbs with brown eyes and brown wavy hair-medium length hair. She would  wear her hair down or in a bun on the top of her head. Her nose was pierced.
She has the following tattoos: a koi fish on her hip, a constellation on her shoulder, a phoenix on the left side of her lower back, and candy peanuts and popcorn on her right foot. Stislicki has previously broken her leg and has titanium rods implanted in that leg. She may wear eyeglasses.
She was last seen wearing a sky blue Eddie Bauer jacket, blue jeans, and black zip up shirt with burgundy boots.

There is a reward out for Danielle's safe return. Currently, her work, MetLife, is offering $50,000, her apartment complex, Independence Green Apartments is offering $50,000, and a GoFundMe, created by a family friend (Kathleen Price), is at $26,000 and rising quickly. The reward totals to a massive $126,000.

Investigators want to speak to anyone who might have:

The Murder Of Kelsey Berreth: Patrick Frazee Trial :Day 5: Why Krystal Kenney Never Alerted Police.

Krystal Kenney wept as she testified that Frazee told her that his daughter, Kaylee, was in her jumper in the back room when he hit Kelsey in the head with a baseball bat.

The prosecution introduced videos that authorities had taken when they went to Kelsey's home and Frazee's. In these videos, Kenney was seen pointing out where she had allegedly left evidence behind for authorities to find. Where the tooth was found at Frazee's ranch was also shown.

When asked why she didn't alert authorities or the family that Frazee was attempting to murder Kelsey, Kenney said that Frazee had a kind of power over her to get her to do things she did not want to do. She also said that she felt endangered by Frazee, even though they were about 750 miles apart when she was in Idaho. She reiterated that she testified that she was scared Frazee had "people" in Idaho. Plus, Kenney said she didn't think that Frazee was capable of going through with his plans of murdering Kelsey.

A new tip was brought to law enforcement by the Kesse family investigator. Dive teams were deployed to Fischer Lake in West Orange County, near where the East-West Expressway meets Florida's Turnpike. There is no more information on the search at this time.

Jennifer Kesse disappeared without a trace 13 years ago. She was just 24-years-old when she went missing sometime between 10 p.m. on the night of January 23rd and the mid-morning hours of January 24th in 2006. Her car was found  about one mile from where she lived at the Huntington on the Green condominiums.

A local security camera recorded a person who could not be identified parking Kesse's car and walking away. Jennifer never showed up to work the next morning at Westgate Resorts.

The Murder Of Kelsey Berreth: Patrick Frazee Trial :Day 4: Krystal Kenney Took The Witness Stand

Krystal Lee Kenney's explosive testimony shook the courthouse as she recounted how Frazee manipulated her into being involved in his fiancee's death, how he killed Kelsey Berreth and made her clean up the gruesome scene. She also claimed that she was afraid not only for her life, but that of her daughter's as well.

Kenney testified that a little after 7 a.m., she walked opened the door of Kelsey's home and saw blood everywhere. She said she could not help but thinking she was “probably next.”

She said she cleaned as much of the furniture and floor as she could, but that the curtains and stuffed animals couldn’t be cleaned, so she used some of Kelsey’s trash bags to dispose of them.

A framed photo of Kelsey, Frazee and their daughter also had to be cleared of blood, she said. She also found a bloody sweater that had the sleeves tied up but thought nothing of it at the time.

She followed bloody footprints up the stairs. She said they were all over the kitchen, near the bedroom and in the bathroom.

She said it took 4 hours to clean the whole place. When she moved a cedar chest inside, she found the tooth in question, she said.

Kenney claimed that she left little spots of blood here and there for the police to hopefully find.

She stopped at a Sonic and got herself a drink and Frazee and his daughter lunches, she said, and wanted to make herself appear as normal as possible when she saw him.

Once she met up with him, she said he asked her, “Did you get it done?”

She said she replied, “I did the best I could do,” to which Frazee allegedly responded, “You better hope you did because our lives depend on it.”

Natalie Jasmine Protected Her Siblings, But There Was No One To Protect Her From Her Parents.

Natalie Jasmine Finn
 Natalie Jasmine Finn
Natalie was a student at Walnut Creek Campus, the alternative high school in West Des Moines, during the 2014-15 school year. She was described by neighbors and classmates as outgoing, sweet,  gentle and kind girl who did her best to help her siblings.

16-year-old Natalie weighed only 85 lbs when she suffered cardiac arrest and died in October 2016. She was found lying on a linoleum floor of her family home wearing an adult diaper. Her body was covered in bed sores and had almost no fat or muscle left. The home reeked of both human and animal waste. Blankets that were "heavily soaked" in what officers believed was urine covered the floor of the room Natalie shared with two of her siblings. The room had no beds or furniture. There were boards nailed over the windows after the kids sneaked out in search of food.

Investigators said they determined Natalie's mother, Nicole Finn, controlled the food intake of Natalie and her siblings in order to control their behavior.

Neighbors had reported ongoing concerns about Natalie's well-being to the West Des Moines Police Department more than five months before her death. Natalie would wear the same clothes for several days and smelled of body odor. Natalie repeatedly asked neighbors for food for her and her siblings.

Natalie's two siblings were rescued when she died and hospitalized in poor condition; when they recovered, they went to live in foster homes. It is likely that Natalie’s efforts saved their lives.

Nicole Marie Finn was convicted of first-degree murder, and three counts of first-degree kidnapping. Natalie's father, Joseph Michael Finn II, pled guilty to three counts of assault.

The Finns divorced in 2011 and were living separately but had joint custody of the children.

🌹Rest in Peace Natalie🌹

The Murder Of Kelsey Berreth: Patrick Frazee Trial :Day 3: Defense Questions Surveillance Camera Footage

Image result for kelsey berreth trial day three
Chad Mininger, who has worked as an investigator with the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office, continued walking the court through his surveillance findings from the days around Berreth’s alleged murder.

When he looked at downloaded surveillance footage between October 30th and November 21st, 2018, Frazee was present one time on October 30th at 4:36 p.m. There were no downloaded images of Berreth or Frazee between Nov. 23 and Dec. 2, he said.

Fourth Judicial District Attorney Dan May showed surveillance stills from November 22nd. Berreth, Frazee and Kaylee, their then-1-year-old daughter, entered the condo at 1:23 p.m. Berreth was carrying flowers and the baby carrier.

At 1:24 p.m., Frazee had something in his hand as he closed the front door.

At 4:20 p.m., Frazee is again pictured with his back to the camera. He appears to be holding Kaylee.

At 4:30 p.m. he’s spotted again with his back to the camera.

Frazee’s primary attorney, Adam Stiegerwald, pointed out that none of the pictures show Frazee carrying a large black tote.

It's been alleged by the prosecution, that after Frazee killed Kelsey, he transported her body out of her house in a duffel bag.

Mininger said there’s a void between Frazee and the door, and he can’t tell exactly what it is.
