💵Acie was 68 years old and a World War II veteran who served as head of the Bessemer VFW post and was known as a charitable man who often carried large sums of cash. 💵Carolyn was 55 years old and the director of the Lakeview Baptist Church choir in Alabama. She wore jewelry worth $50,000 at times and owned three expensive fur coats. Carolyn had a spirited personality, he said, and was the coordinator of many family functions. She had a son from a previous marriage named Billy Jack Logan.
💵The couple was building a home in the Million Dollar Lakes area of Lake View, where they planned to spend the rest of their lives.
💵In May 1988, Carolyn was returning from a Wednesday night church service when a masked man armed with a gun confronted her. She also had a handgun, and after a brief standoff, she escaped and filed an attempted robbery report with the Sheriff’s Office.
💵Later that same month, two girls riding a motorcycle in the area of the Worthy home saw a man watching the house. He was wearing camouflage and holding a scope. He left the area when he saw the girls and they called police.
💵Then in June 1989, an arson fire damaged the Worthy's home that was under construction. No arrests were ever made in that case.
💵On October 19th, 1989, Acie and Carolyn drove their matching white Lincoln Town Cars from the Sunday night service at Lakeview Baptist to the house they were renting on Alabama Highway 216. At 12:43 a.m that night, volunteer firefighters made their way to that very same house. When they arrived, the house was completely engulfed in flames and almost completely destroyed. When the fire was extinguished, the bodies of Acie and Carolynwere found inside, fully-clothed. X-rays showed that they had both been shot multiple times. Even though there was not much evidence left behind, investigators were able to piece together what they thought might have happened.
💵Investigators believed Carolyn and Acie were shot outside and then dragged inside the house. Since not much was taken, they don’t believe the killers were primarily after money or high-dollar items. A criminal profiler suggested that it could be a serial-type murderer who enjoys the kill. It is also believed that couple's deaths were planned at least a year before.
💵The investigators for Carolyn and Acie's case were contacted by Florida investigators working cases in Graceville informing them that they had a local case that they thought might be related.
💵Nine months before Acie's and Carolyn's murder, 72 year old Robert and 70 year old Kathryn McRae were shot execution-style in a similar home-invasion robbery. Two ski masks were found at their home in northwest Florida, suggesting that at least two people were responsible. A reward of more than $200,000 is still available for information leading to an arrest.
💵When comparing the two cases, evidence linked both cases together.
💵“I feel like someone may still come forward,” said Billy Jack Logan. “ Whoever knows who did this can remain anonymous. We just want to know who did it so we can have some closure.” 💵Logan was a police officer and later a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputy who spent his last years before retirement helping family members of crime victims. 🚲She was born on October 5th, 1960 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin to David and Helene Radbil.
🚲On July 6th, 1979, Nancy was 18 years old when she disappeared. She had went bike riding along a bike path(now named Oak Leaf Trail) of Menomonee River Parkway just off of Hwy 100 and silver drive. She was last seen sitting in the grass along side the path sitting by her blue bike and talking to a man who was standing next to a small red Honda motorcycle.
🚲In the days that followed, an extensive search left authorities, friends, and family searching for any trace of the soon-to-be college sophomore. Someone from that search party discovered a sewer cap that wasn’t quite right and when they started looking into the sewer, they saw the clothing and shoes Nancy was last seen wearing.
They soon discovered bike not long after. Then, Nancy's body was found by her brother, in the wooded area next to where she was last seen. She was naked with her throat slit.
🚲A sketch was released of a possible suspect, and authorities combed through records to try and locate an owner of the red Honda motorcycle.
🚲Swabs were taken from Nancy's body, some of which hadn't been sent to the crime lab until recently. Technology started to catch up in 1999 and DNA testing has became more commonplace. A DNA sample was located that foreign to her and a new search began. Police began working backwards, gathering DNA from any of the previous suspects to see if it came up as a match. Forty years later, no one has matched the DNA found on Nancy’s body.

👗She was born on January 3rd, 1988 to Elizabeth Harris. Roxanne was a responsible teenager who was devoted to her four younger siblings. She kept in daily contact with her mother, whom she was close to. She had dropped out of McCallum High School in her junior year, enrolled in job training and was studying for her GED. She had passed all the sections of the GED exam except mathematics. Roxanne worked at a flower shop and had taken a second job at a census bureau. She was very artistic and dreamed of becoming a fashion designer.
👗It was an extremely hot summer in 2006 in Austin, Texas. Elizabeth's oldest daughter, 18 year old Roxanne or "Roxy" as she was called, decided to spend the 4th of July holiday with her boyfriend, Louis Walls.
👗Roxy met Walls when she was 16. He told the family that he was 18 years old. Elizabeth didn't approve of the relationship, which was a volatile one, but Roxy kept dating him anyway. Walls also had two young kids that Roxy loved to take care of. 👗Normally, Roxy would spend the 4th of July holiday with her mother and sisters, but it was Roxy and Walls two year anniversary, so Roxy spend it with him instead. This was not only a surprise to Roxy's family, but to her friends as well. One of Roxy's friends had called her the last weekend in June and caught her crying. "Was there trouble with Walls, she asked? " Roxy said that she couldn't talk about it then. The friend told Roxanne to get dressed, and she would pick her up. Roxy agreed, but when the friend called back to say that she was ready to come pick her up, Roxy never answered. The friend also claims that she similar conversation on the 4th of July. Roxy and Walls were arguing and she was trying to leave him alone, but he wasn't letting her. So the friend told her to just leave and not to talk to him anymore. 👗Roxy made plans to go shopping with her family for after her romantic getaway with Walls, but those plans never made it to fruition.
👗Elizabeth had talked to Roxy via phone on July 7th to let her know what time they were going to leave for their shopping trip that day. After the phone call, several hours and the deadline that Elizabeth had given Roxy passed. Roxy should have been home already, where was she? Then Roxy called saying that she was going to spend one more night with Walls and she'd be home the next morning. That was the last time Elizabeth would hear her daughter's voice.
👗The next morning came and Roxy hadn't made it home yet. Her family decided to give her space and went on their shopping trip without her. When the family returned back home around 4 p.m. Elizabeth receives a phone call from Roxy's cellphone, but it was Walls on the line instead of Roxy. Walls wanted to know if she's seen Roxy because that had gotten into a fight the night before and she stormed out. He said that he tried to go after her, but she was too mad and that she had left the hotel without taking her cellphone or anything else with her.
👗Roxy's family think that this is very uncharacteristic of her and it sends them into a panic.
Elizabeth and her other daughters decide to go to the motel where Roxy and Walls were staying. When they arrived Roxy's family noticed that the motel was in a bad neighborhood and that the motel room showed signs of an extensive disturbance. Elizabeth called the police and she also asks Walls to call police as well. Roxy was 18 that didn't investigate for a couple of days. 👗Oh, and when Walls called Roxy's mom, he had already had checked out of the motel, taking both his and Roxy's belongings with him, and was already home. Also, Elizabeth found out that Walls had lied about his age and that he wasn't really 18 when he met Roxy, he was 28. He has a long criminal record as well. 👗Three days after Roxy went missing police arrived at the motel. This gave ample time for the motel room to be cleaned and different people to have stayed there. Also, the motel didn't keep very good records of their tenants, so it was unclear which room Roxy and Walls stayed in. 👗Walls didn't give Roxy's belongings back to the family or to the police until five days after Roxy had went missing. The items included Roxy's cellphone, her purse, the jewelry she usually wore and a bag of her clothes. When the family goes through Roxy's clothes, they find out that they are not hers. 👗When the police get the phone records for Roxy's cellphone, they discovered there was over 300 calls made after she went missing to sex hotlines and Wall's ex girlfriend in New Mexico. Police also talk to the motel clerk and she said that she did see Roxy leave the night she went missing followed by Walls, who apparently pleaded with her to come back before she ultimately walked away. The clerk also said that after she got off of work, she spent the night with Wall in the motel room. At this point in the investigation, Walls refused to talk to police because he said they were to frame him. 👗So far, Wall's behavior has made him not only suspicious to police, but to Roxy's family as well. This makes Roxy's sisters think back to a few months before she went missing. They had seen her at a bus stop wearing sunglasses, so they pulled over to give her a ride. Roxy got in the car with her sisters and when she took off her sunglasses, they realized that Roxy had been beaten up and had a broken nose that was so bad she ended up having surgery. When they get home, Roxy tells her family that she got caught in a fight been Walls and some other men. 👗After thought about Roxy's broken nose, and her being missing, the sisters decided to talk to Roxy's friends. The friends tell them that it was Walls who beat Roxy and gave her that broken nose. 👗Six days after Roxy went missing, police received a 9-1-1 call from the motel next to the one where she was last seen. A man had a local companion pinned and was choking her while she struggled to get away. A security guard walking passed the window saw this happening and called the police. By the time the police arrived, the man had fled accidentally leaving his wallet and hearing aide behind. Eventually, the man came back and was questioned by police. 👗The man's name was Geoffrey Moore and he frequently acquired companions for the evening. Moore would take them to hotel rooms and be quite rough with them. There was no charges filed against him because the companion decided she didn't want to have anything to do with the situation any longer. However, police have other questions for Moore pertaining to Roxy's ID that was found in his wallet. At first, Moore claimed that Roxy was a friend and they had went out and he was holding her. Later, he changed his story and said had met Roxy and Walls at a bar and they had asked him for a ride back to their motel. He said that when he gave them the ride, that her ID had fallen out and he'd put it in his wallet until he could give it back. When they searched Moore's SUV they find a blood stain and sent the sample out for testing. When the results came back, the blood wasn't Roxy's. 👗Roxy's family and friends spent days handing out filers and questioned people around the area she went missing from. There was a companion working the streets named Loretta. Loretta walked up to Elizabeth and asked if Roxy had been found yet. Elizabeth informed Loretta that there still is no clue to where Roxy is. Loretta then takes Elizabeth's hand and vows that she will help to find Roxy. 👗Two weeks later, Elizabeth received a call from the police informing her that a body had been found under a bridge in the area where Roxy had gone missing from. When the coroner identified the body, it's not Roxy's body, but that of Loretta with paper towels stuck down her throat. 👗Was Loretta killed trying to help find out what happened to Roxy? 👗A month after Roxy went missing, Walls had a new, young girlfriend. Elizabeth met the new girlfriend and showed her pictures of Roxy. The girlfriend seemed afraid, but not of Elizabeth, she was afraid of Walls. She told Elizabeth that Walls had told her that she better do what he tells her or the same thing will happen to her that happened to Roxy. 👗This is were i get conflicting information. In some articles it says that the girlfriend didn't cooperate with police and some it says she did. In articles that claim the girlfriend did talk to police, they state that in March 2008, Walls was charged with making a terroristic threat against her. She told police she'd met Walls to make arrangements for him to see the son he'd conceived with her but that he wanted instead to talk about her getting "back with him." When she said no he whispered in her ear, "I don't want to kill you like I did that girl Roxanne," and, "I really did kill her; I know how to do something with bodies." Allegedly, Walls pleaded no contest to the charge, was found guilty, and sentenced to 140 days in jail. Those articles also said that Walls had tried to pimp the girlfriend out. 👗In 2014, the FBI search a field close to where Roxy disappeared from. They spend all day searching, but do not find any sign of Roxy. 👗Fast forward to 2019, and Austin police detectives reviewed Roxy's case. They realized historical data was never requested from her cell phone provider, so they filed a search warrant for all data and records for Roxy's phone before, during and after she was reported missing. They believe that the data might lead to Roxy's wear-a-bouts. 👗One of the things that detectives found was that Walls had made a call to his ex-girlfriend the night before Roxy's disappearance, saying that he "F-d up." 👗Roxy's family and the authorities believe that foul play was involved in her case. One of the detectives theorizes that Walls wanted to pimp Roxy out for money and that when she refused something happened to her. The detective also believes that both Walls and Moore had something to do with Roxy's disappearance and possible death. Moore moved to Houston, but it is said that Walls still lives in Austin. 👗Roxy was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m. on July 7, 2006 at a Budget Inn hotel in the vicinity of Interstate 35 and Rundberg in Austin, Texas. She had checked into the hotel with her boyfriend, Louis Walls.At the time of her disappearance Roxy was 18 years old, 5'4" tall, 115 lbs with light brown hair and green eyes. She was last ween wearing a pink or peach-colored tank top, light blue shorts and flip-flops. Roxy's navel was pierced and her ears were double-pierced. She had a mole on the right side of her neck and a quarter-sized scar on her left knee. She had previously fractured her nose and one of her upper front teeth was false. Her nickname is Roxy. She would now be 31 years old.

Every year, on the anniversary of Roxy's disappearance, her family passes out flyers and talks to those who will listen about Roxy.
The RMS Titanic has sat deep on the bottom of the North Atlantic ocean, two miles below the surface, for more than a century. The ship was discovered in a good state of preservation, due to the inhospitable depth and underwater creatures, that helped slow corrosion. Now, due to a previously undiscovered Extremophile bacteria, the ship will be but a memory by 2030.
The wreck is covered with knob-like mounds of rust that have formed from at least 27 strains of bacteria, including the newly discovered Halomonas titanicae. Even though this bacteria works fast and is highly destructive, it could also help scientists develop paints or protective coatings to guard against the bacteria for working vessels.
💙She was shy, but fiercely loyal, sometimes to a fault.
Though small, she had a penchant for standing up for friends, a protective streak that endeared her to those around her and would occasionally get her in trouble at school.
💙Keeshae was born on August 6th, 1995 to Toni Jacobs in Richmond, Virginia.
She lived with her mother and her older brother, Deavon. Even though Deavon was older, Keeshae acted like she was his older sister and deeply adored him. Keeshae would often confide in her mother about boys and other things that were happening in her life, and the pair would often spend their time going to the mall, watching horror movies and communicating via cellphone throughout the day. Growing up, the family of three was extremely close. To make ends meet, Toni worked a variety of customer service jobs. In elementary and middle school Keeshae was a cheerleader and her mother the coached. Through cheerleading and school, she gained a group of friends whom she was incredibly loyal to. While tough, she had a sensitive side and always ensured her friends had smiles on their faces.
💙Upon graduating high school, Keeshae remained at her mother’s house while she figured out what she wanted to do with her life. She filled her time working various jobs. Her current job was as a clerk at a thrift store, but was considering joining the military. Keeshae took pride in the money she earned, as she didn’t like asking others for money.
💙It was September 26th, 2016 and Toni and 21 year old Keeshae both had just got home. Keeshae had gotten into an argument with a boy she had been dating and was talking to Deavon about it. Then Keeshae told her mother she was going to a a girlfriend's house. About 11 p.m., Keeshae's friend arrived and she walked out the door of the family's apartment building in the Midlothian area of Richmond, Virginia, off Erich Road. This was the last time Keeshae's family would see her.
💙Before going to bed that night, Toni text Keeshae and told her she was going to bed and make sure she kept her phone charged. Keesha replied that she was going to spend the night at the girlfriend’s house and that she'd be home the next day. They told each other i love you and Toni told Keeshae safe. She replied "Yes Ma'm" and that was the last time Toni heard Keeshae's voice.
💙The next day, Toni was at her job as a dispatcher awaiting a phone call from her daughter, letting her know she’d gotten home safely. Normally, Keeshae would call during Toni’s 11 a.m. lunch break, however, no call came. Worried, she called Keeshae’s cellphone, but it went straight to voicemail. She then call Deavon, who told her the last time he’d spoken to his sister was the previous night. 💙When Toni returned home that evening, she noticed Keeshae still wasn’t there. Worried, she called her daughter’s friends and visited their houses, but there was no sign of her. 💙Around 2:00 a.m. on September 28th, Toni contacted the Richmond Police Department to report Keeshae as missing, citing it was uncharacteristic for her daughter to go so long without contacting her. 💙The brother and the police talked to the man Keeshae was dating, the man she had fought with the day of her disappearance. He told the brother that he and Keeshae broke up and he didn't have anything to do with her disappearance. He also cooperated with police and said that someone had picked Keeshae up and he wasn't the last to see her that night.
💙Two days after Keeshae went missing, a friend came forward and said that he had dropped Keeshae off in Church Hill to meet someone, about 10 minutes from her house. However, he did not know who the person was. Toni drove to the man’s house where Keeshae was dropped off. The man offered up numerous accounts about the night of September 26th. While he admitted to knowing Keeshae and seeing her that night, he claimed she had called for a ride not long after arriving and left. Toni then called the police. At first, the guy wouldn't cooperate with police, but then he eventually let them in. They walked through the house, but there was no Keeshae. 💙If the man had anything to do with Keeshae's disappearance, he had 2 whole days to cover his tracks. It's too bad that Keeshae's friends didn't tell the truth from the start. 💙The Sunday after Keeshae went missing, Toni still hadn't heard from the detective assigned to the case. Toni received a call from the owners of the house the man was staying in. They had seen Keeshae's story on Facebook and gave Toni that she could search the house. Toni went over and searched the house where she found a hidden deep basement that had to be access from the back of the house on the outside. It was a place the police hadn't checked that day they had came and looked for Keeshae. Toni also noticed bloody tissues in the garbage can. 💙So not only did the friends possibly give the man a head start, but with the police not searching well enough they might have given the man even more time. 💙Toni decided to contact the detective and inform him that he doesn't need a search warrant and that there is a hidden basement. When the police arrive, they brought dogs and searched the house twice. Supposedly, they found Keeshae's DNA, but wouldn't say what and if they found anything else. Also they discovered that the man was a convicted felon on parole and that after talking to police the first time, he fled. Officers also took the dogs to Chimborazo Park, that was two blocks away from the house they were searching, but came up with nothing. 💙There’s been no activity on Keeshae’s debit cards, cell phone or social media accounts.
💙Deavon, was killed on Jan. 8, 2017 at a Richmond hotel.
James D. Henshaw went to trial for Deavon's murder and was originally sentenced to 15 years, but after the discovery of new evidence he was granted a new trial. The retrial was sent for June of this year, but before it could take place, plead no contest. Hensaw was sentenced to only 5 years in prison. Police do not believe the two cases are connected. 💙Keeshae was last Seen Wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes and a pink scarf. She has tattoos of a 🌹rose on her shoulder, 🐾paw prints on her right thigh, a 💮flower on her right wrist, “Toni” beneath a 💙 heart on her left shoulder and a 🍃leaf on her right foot. Her ears are pierced and her fingernails were painted blue.At the time of her disappearance Keeshae was 5'3" tall, 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe foul play is involved in her disappearance.
💙 Allegedly, convicted felon Randy Leonard Watkins is serving close to a decade for violent crimes involving another woman and burning a baby. He allegedly has knowledge of Keeshae's whereabouts. He was on suicide watch and would not talk with police.
Toni believes that Keeshae is still alive and she continues to hold out hope that she’ll one day return home. Toni is currently working toward her Associate’s Degree in Human Services at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond. She recently accepted her certificate in Substance Abuse Counselling, a program both her children had pushed her to sign up for back in 2015.
Toni credits the Richmond Police Department and the Richmond community for helping her make it through both Keeshae’s disappearance and Deavon’s murder. She regularly visits Maury Street Cemetery, where her son is buried.
Through her daughter’s disappearance, Toni has become an advocate for families who have lost loved ones. She partnered with the Richmond Police Department and the city’s mayor, Levar Stoney, to mark Missing Persons Day each April.

UPDATE 11/20/2025- Marshall Payne was found guilty of Felony murder and Malice murder in DJ's death! He was sentenced to life in prison with possibility of parole after 30 to 35 years
Update 10/17/2023-In 2022, DJ's death was ruled a homicide, and 50-year-old Marshall Payne was charged with shooting and killing DJ. At his arraignment he did not enter a plea. Payne is scheduled to return to court on November 6th, 2023.
Donald Edward "D.J." Fickey Jr.
He was born November 14th, 1988 to Kathy and Donald Edward Fickey, Sr. D.J. and his father were really close and when his father died it affected 14 year old D.J immensely. He never really got over his father's death and the loss impacted his whole life. Growing up D.J. loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers and loved to follow his sisters around. They were just a really close knit family. D.J. was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church and an avid University of Tennessee Fan. He never met a stranger. He would instantly be friends with everyone he'd meet. D.J. was a loving husband, father, son and brother. In 2014, D.J. married a girl he had went to high school with and her name is Brandi.
They had three kids together. It was a happy marriage at first, but soon their marriage was in turmoil. D.J. and Brandi had problem with drugs, so much so that D.J.'s mother had to step in from time to time to help out with the kids. D.J. finally decided he wanted to get sober and went to rehab. He even started training to be a professional fighter. He was loving life. Brandi wasn't doing so well though and it was making things difficult for D.J. Brandi would often leave D.J. and the kids and stay with her drug dealer. Brandi and her drug dealer ended up having an affair. Every time Brandi would run off, D.J. would follow her, pleading for her to come back. Often the drug dealer would become violent with D.J., in one instance holding a knife to D.J.'s throat. Another time D.J. was attacked with a golf club and ended up defending himself with a baseball bat. It was Monday, October 3rd, 2016 and 27 year old D.J. was in Chickamauga, Walker County, Georgia. D.J. and Brandi were finally in a good place and they were working things out. Things were looking up. Then something terrible happened....
D.J.'s mom was watching the children while D.J. and Brandi were staying in this house that was owned by a friend. The drug dealer was also staying in the very same house. D.J.'s mom received several texts from D.J. pleading for help, saying that he feared for his life and wanted to be picked up. D.J.'s mom had received test results from her doctor just days before saying that she needed a pacemaker put in and needed to stay away from stress. So D.J.'s mom told D.J. that she couldn't make the hour drive from Alabama to Georgia, which was a decision that she would end up regretting. Even if she had left after the first text, D.J.'s mom wouldn't have made it in time anyway and would possibly have put herself in a dangerous situation. Within 3 minutes of D.J. sending his last text to his mother, the drug dealer placed a call to 9-1-1 claiming that D.J. shot himself in the face in a suicide attempt. Caller: " I got the gun up and checked to see what it was and it was a 12 gauge." Dispatcher: " Okay, so you moved the gun is that correct?" Caller: " Yes". Dispatcher: " Okay can you secure that gun, can you get it unloaded safely and get it to the side out of the way?" Caller: "Yes."
Brandi was holding D.J. as passed away while waiting for paramedics. The responding deputy went inside, got the gun and put it out on the table. Investigators noted in their reports that the caller changed his story multiple times and later failed a polygraph test. He also fled before the investigation was completed.
The drug dealer said he was in another room at the time of the shooting. He then later told detectives he was wrestling D.J for the gun when it fired.
Brandi told a different story. She said she saw the drug dealer come out of the bedroom, angrily point the gun at D.J. , called him a name and shot him. A friend of the drug dealer was there as well and said he saw the drug dealer with the gun pointed at D.J. and then the gun just went off.
There was also a container of bleach on the table outside along with a bloody towel in the garbage can.
D.J.'s body was taken to the Georgia Bureau Investigation crime lab for a limited autopsy. Even though D.J. was right-handed but the shot was to the left side of his face at an angle that may be inconsistent with a suicide, the GBI ruled DJ’s death a suicide. After further investigation Walker County Police would go on to change their ruling to a possible homicide, but aspokesperson for the GBI said the case was reviewed, and they stand by their initial ruling.
"A GBI Medical Examiner conducted an examination of Mr. Fickey's injury. Based on the results of this examination, which includes a physical examination and information obtained from the Walker County Sheriff's Office investigation, the manner of death was ruled a suicide. Subsequently, the Medical Examiner's Office reviewed additional information connected to this case and performed further forensic testing. Based on the review, the results of the manner of death remain unchanged as the new information provided did not support a new finding. " - Nelly Miles, GBI Spokesperson.
This is what grinds my gears! There is freaking witnesses saying that D.J. was shot by the drug dealer for goodness sake! It also was practically impossible for D.J. to shoot himself in the left side of his face when he was right handed, especially the angle he was shot! D.J. was also sending texts to his mom fearing for his life right before being shot by a man that was violent to him before. HELLO! And as for further forensic testing, they did a toxicology screen and D.J. had some meth in his system. The medical examiner theorized that this is what made it a suicide, because of some nonsense of this making him be able to fight off an attacker, due to the meth. All i can say is "IDIOTS". How the hell can they reason that way? Plus, it was undisclosed that he had marjuana in his system.
DJ's family hired Private Investigator Eric Echols who is pushing for the case to be reopened because gunshot residue tests were never done to determine if DJ fired a gun. Echols also states that the shotgun used in DJ’s death has never been forensically tested for fingerprint, blood spatter or otherwise. Instead, the shotgun (which allegedly belongs to the person of interest) is still sitting in evidence at Walker County… untested. Also the M.E. in D.J.'s case and the investigator that changed his death to a possible homicide never talked, so the M.E. had no idea that the cause of death was changed. The M.E. had limited information and was also misinformed. She was told that D.J. the first detective on the seen removed the gun from D.J.'s hand, which we know is not true.
No matter what addiction someone has or had, no matter what transpired in a person's life, everyone deserves justice. Law enforcement just looked at D.J. as some druggy that didn't matter. They looked at him like he was trash. BUT D.J. WASN'T TRASH! He was someone who was well loved. I never met D.J., but i care about him and his family. Everyone deserves justice. Would you want to live next to someone who probably got away with murder? Would you love your children to run around in a neighbor where the potential murderer is roaming free? Well, that is what is happening right now. The potential murderer is running around free, is he in your neighborhood?
D.J.'s death hit his family hard, especially his main advocate and sister Amanda.
"They're never going to remember their daddy; they're never going to know him," Amanda explained. "He's never going to be here for birthday parties, Christmas, Halloweens or to walk his twin daughter's down the aisle," Amanda said. "What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong, and this is not right."

She was born on December 19th, 1989 to Jevona Livingston in Asheville. Ketie's father died when when she was a child. She loved everything French, she also had taught herself to speak French. She loved binary code and had a tattoo of it on her wrist. She love of acting, singing, drawing and crafting..She was a remarkable woman and one of the smartest person's you could meet. Ketie was everybody's best friend. She was such a gentle heart who never hurt anybody. She was the type of girl who would take in stray cats and look after them. She also had two dogs. Ketie was always taking in animals. She was a kind young woman who took care of her mother after Jevona's mother died of cancer in 2011.
"Ketie was always the one that held me together. My mom passed in 2011 from cancer and I wouldn't have made it through if it wasn't for Ketie. I literally laid in my bed for three weeks and I don't normally drink, but I drank half a gallon of tequila because I found a bucket of it there" said Jevona.
Ketie studied briefly at New York's Marymount Manhattan College, but was unable to continue her drama course because of a lack of funds.
It was October 18th 2016 and 26 year old Ketie was a waitress at Midwood Smokehouse, in Plaza Midwood, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Which is a critically acclaimed restaurant frequented by Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Obama's picture adorns the walls.
It was just after 2 a.m. and Ketie was walking home from Midwood Country Club in Charlotte where she had gone with friends after finishing work. One of her friends had offered her a ride home. She turned them down because Ketie claimed that it was the last warm night of the year and wanted to walk. Ketie was wearing a green sweater, layered over a long-sleeved blue shirt, and black, laced boots. She was dancing and singing all the way down the road while texting and sending pictures to her friends.
Surveillance footage shows Ketie after leaving the country club and walking up Central Avenue towards her home near Hawthorne, which was just a mile away. Almost halfway home at 2:33 a.m., in a group chat on the Facebook Messenger app, Kétie sent the last photos of her life and typed out her last, message to her friends: “Enjoy these Andrew-esque pictures on my lonely walk home.” It was about 2:45 a.m. and after Ketie disappears into the darkness, headlights can be seen in the video over where Ketie was walking. This is where Ketie was assaulted and shot. The beige sedan then drives quickly down the road past the surveillance camera.
A neighbor walking their dog heard Ketie get shot, but thinks it is fireworks. They walk behind the Berry Hill Reality building and they tripped over what they thought was a crack in the sidewalk. When they looked down they saw Ketie, face down in the driveway, bruised with a single gunshot to her stomach. The neighbor calls 9-1-1 and emergency services arrive on the scene less then 10 minutes later. It's too late for Ketie, she has passed away at the scene. Ketie still had her phone, money and purse with her pepper spray still inside it when her body was found. Robbery has not been ruled out though, police think there might have been a chanced the the perpetrators got scared off by the next building's burglar alarm. There is also thoughts that she might have been killed as a part of a gang initiation. Ketie's case is far from cold, but police and Ketie's family need your help. Annalycia was born on December 19th, 1993 to Alice R. Fowler. She was 7 months old on July 9th, 1994 when she was last seen at Clyde's Market in her hometown of Chiloquin, Oregon at 5:30 p.m. Her mother's live-in boyfriend, William Russell Spear, took her with him when he went on a fishing trip that day. Annalycia did not have a car seat and traveled in an open backpack. After he finished fishing, Spear drove with Annalycia to Clyde's Market and left her in the car for a few minutes while he stepped inside to buy an apple. When he came out, she was gone.
Spear drove home to Sprague River, Oregon and asked Annalycia's mother, if she had picked up the baby. They went back to Clyde's Market, looked around for Annalycia and asked people if they had seen her.They reported her missing to police at 6:19 p.m.
Investigators retraced Spear's steps, but found little evidence as to Annalycia's whereabouts. Spear did stop at a Sprague River gas station before his fishing trip and the attendant remembered hearing an infant crying in the car. This is the last time anyone besides Spear claimed to hear or see Annalycia. The gas station attendant died only a couple of days after the baby's disappearance. And i can't find out how the attendant died.
In 1995, Fowler sued Spear for $4 million in damages claiming his negligent babysitting caused the infant to vanish. The lawsuit was later dismissed for lack of evidence.
Spear is considered a person of interest in Annalycia's case, but investigators can find no evidence of any crime. She is believed to be missing under suspicious circumstances. Police believe foul play was involved in her disappearance, and stated their investigation had taken them out of state.
At the time of her disappearance Annalycia was 2'3" tall and weighed 14 pounds. She had light brown hair and blue eyes. She had a quarter-sized, red-colored birthmark on the nape of her neck. Annalycia was wearing a white jumpsuit with pink animal designs and pink and white socks or blue bib overalls, a light blue short-sleeved shirt, a blue and yellow shirt and white socks. No shoes.
When i envisioned being an astronaut and being sucked into space accidentally and without any gear on, i thought that my body would instantly pop due to the lack of oxygen. Through research i discovered that what really happens to be far more scary and gnarly.
In the shade in space it is around -250 degrees and in the sun it is 250 degrees. Yikes! For some reason i just thought the entirety of space was exceptionally cold and only when you got close to a sun would it be hot. I guess your blood would start to boil and your lungs would be sucked flat instantaneously. You will also freeze at the same time you burn. Yay....
It would take 15 seconds to 2 minutes for you to die... I thought it would take even less than 15 seconds. Can you imagine 2 whole minutes??
Depending on if you are closer to the sun or farther in the shadows, your body will either be mummified or frozen quickly. Then your lifeless body could potentially sail through the cosmos for millions of years before encountering another object. I wonder if this were to happen close to Earth, if the body could be seen through a telescope. That would be freaky.
It's a 1983 hit song and is considered by many to be one of the greatest love songs of that time. Oh boy, were they mistaken. It's not a song about a guy deeply in love with a woman, it's not that he is infatuated by her and wants to be her lover. The lady in the song is the singer's ex and he is stalking her.

Written and released in 1971, it's the best selling song of the former Beatles solo career. It also has become a anthem for world peace.
The song is really about world peace, but the lyrics are virtually the Communist Manifesto. Lennon even stated this fact was true.

The song was released 1969 by Spooky Tooth. In 1978 it was covered by heavy metal band Judas Priest. Seven years later, the song became the center of controversy when the band was the subject of a civil lawsuit alleging their recording was responsible for the suicide attempts of two of their loyal fans in Sparks, Nevada. It was alleged that the song had subliminal messages and when played backwards it urged the listeners to "Do it, do it, do it."
