LaTricia Bass-Jefferies
On January 14th, she drove her friend Natalie Driscoll to Springfield, Ohio. LaTricia mentioned she couldn’t see well on the roads at night, and she also had issues following the GPS.
LaTricia then decided to drive to Dayton in order to meet with a male friend. Natalie says she promised to call LaTricia to ensure she got home safely; however, her calls and texts went unanswered. On Tuesday, the 21st, La Tricia's sister called Natalie and asked if she'd seen her.
On the 24th, LaTricia's body was found in a Springfield lake following a two-day search. Natalie finds it odd that LaTricia had gotten that far lost. She said that LaTricia would have called somebody.
Dayton Police are asking anyone who knows anything about Jefferies’ disappearance, to call police at 937-333-COPS or if they wish to remain anonymous, contact Miami Valley Crime Stoppers at 937-222-STOP.

I believe the young lady was lured away from Dayton to Springfield & something happened to the point were she was attacked & had to fight for her life. Someone also knows more than what they are saying. Its possible she could have been ran off the road from the looks of the car & was possibly knocked unconscious. I also believe there are more people involved. Because they had to drive the car & someone followed them. The distance to the lake from the road is pretty far with no side walks & depending on the time this happened, no one would have been out there late at night/early morning. The road to the lake is pretty far & looks like there is a visitors parking lot before the lake & its also pitch black in that area at night, however you could still see the lake from the road before getting to the parking lot. If she was dropping a person off & thought she was lost because she did not recognize the way she drove there in the first place, I believe she would have called someone or turned around to go back to the person she supposedly dropped off. There is no way the young lady drove herself into the water, someone did this to her.
i also believe foul play is involved.
The 'Natalie' person stated that she tried to call to make sure the young lady got home, but calls/text were unanswered, however how long was the time from when the young lady dropped her off to the time 'Natalie' claimed to have tried to contact her? Need to find young ladies phone...
'Natalie' also claimed that she lived in Springfield all her life, but never been to that part of the lake. Seems kind of odd that she also lives 20 minutes away, but never been to that part of the state park, however she was there with the family when the car was pulled out of the lake...hhhmmmm
