Frank Smith Has Severe Medical Issues That He Needs Medication For.

He was last seen Jan. 18 leaving the 3200 block of Olive Street in Kansas City, Kansas. He is classified as a runaway. He has several medical issues that require daily medication.

Frank is 5’7” tall and weighs 325 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was wearing dark gray pants and a black jacket.

Anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the KCPD Missing Persons Unit at 816-234-5136.
