The JonBenet Chronicles: Chapter Three: John, Patsy And Her Dad's Connection To The CIA And The Freemasons.

John Ramsey graduated from Michigan State University in 1966, with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

He then joined the United States Navy, where he served 3 years in the Philippines, some of which was at Subic Bay Training Center. That is where he earned his pilot wings. John held a top secret security clearance while at Subic Bay and visited "Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand" for "R&R."

The Subic Bay Training Center was surrounded by bars and brothels. Some of the women in the brothels were underage and most of them were came from poor rural villages. They came thinking they'd get jobs on base to help support their families back home.

Venereal disease and risky back-room abortions ran rampant. The girls were required to have a check-up every two weeks at the Social Hygiene Center, which was funded by the U.S. Navy, but the men didn't have to do such a thing.

The women had little knowledge of birth control and abortion was illegal in the Philippines, so these women would take or do things to induce abortions, or they'd find a doctor who would do it.The price put many further into debt.

The ransom note left at the Ramsey house was signed, "Victory! S.B.T.C." Some people theorize that the initials was taken from the Subic Bay Training Center.

Elizabeth Pasch “Beth” Ramsey was born in the Philippines to Lucinda Lou Pasch and John Ramsey on July 15th, 1969.

John then served in the Atlanta reserve unit for 8 more years as a Naval reserve officer, drilling at the Naval Air Station Cecil Field (in Jacksonville FL) and the Naval Air Station Atlanta (near the Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta GA) while also serving as the Officer in Charge of Construction for the Southeast.

In 1971 John earned a master's degree in business administration. John signed up for the management-development program at AT&T. He had difficulty communicating and lost his job. He then took a technical sales position in Huntsville, Alabama.

Melinda Ramsey was born in 1972 in Michigan.

In 1973, John moved his family to Atlanta and went to work at a computer company trying to sell computers.

John Andrew was born in 1976 in Atlanta. Sometime after John Andrew was born, his father, John, had an affair with a co-worker. That was the last straw and Elizabeth filed for divorce. John took his clothes and his Porsche and moved into a little apartment. John would always check in with the kids.

According to John's friend, Jim Marino, the two would "carouse" and "whore around together.” “He had money, he drove a Porsche, he dressed nice, but he was shy. However, you could say that whatever he went after he usually got,” said Marino.

In 1978, Marino, after being injured in a motorcycle accident, was confined to a wheelchair for almost a year. “John came and visited me, and he gave me a job,” said Marino. “He saved my life.”

Also in 1978, John and Elizabeth were divorced and John's mom Mary passed away from cancer on March 17th. Three months after John's mother died, James Dudley Ramsey married Irene Pasch, the mother of John's ex-wife who he had only just divorced.
John worked as a manager at Southern Peripherals and Instruments in Atlanta. The job didn't last very long. John tried to charged over $5,000 of repairs on his brown Porsche to his job as well as well as his personal flying costs.

One afternoon in 1979, John was leaning on his balcony at his apartment when he noticed a beautiful 20-year-old woman with brunette hair visiting his downstairs neighbor. He rushed down to his neighbor's place, pretending that he had to discuss a computer problem. It was Patsy Paugh and soon the two began dating. John would whisk her away to the best places in town.

Marino claimed that he never saw John show Patsy any kind of affection when he was around.

Patricia Ann Paugh always thought about everybody else. She was a green-eyed brunette with talent to spare, she tempered her intelligence and ambition with charm, compassion and deep spirituality. She was sincere, down-to-earth and driven. Patsy She was very enthusiastic and upbeat. Rather than criticize somebody, she'd say, "Why don't we try this?" She was the kind of person who would give positive criticism, rather than negative.

Patsy was born December 29th, 1956 in Gilbert, West Virginia to Nedra Ellen Ann Rymer and to an engineer and manager of Union Carbide, Donald Ray Paugh.

Nedra was wiry, driven, relentless and determined to see that her daughters enjoyed more of the good things in life than she had. Nedra’s vehicle for launching them into prosperity was beauty pageants.

Nedra also saw  her husband, Donald, as this great white knight.

Donald Ray Paugh was born on January 31st, 1931 in  Cornwallis, Ritchie County, West Virginia. He was formerly an engineer for the chemical and mining company Union Carbide. Don Paugh originally worked for the Bakelite Corporation before it was acquired by the company. The apparent connection between Union Carbide and US intelligence is not well-known.

In p.383 of The Almost Classified Guide to CIA Front Companies, Proprietaries & Contractors by Wayne Madsen, Union Carbide is identified as a CIA affiliate.

While working on a top secret U.S. defense project in the mid 1960's at the Union Carbide factory in Toronto, Martin Luther King Jr's assassin, James Earl Ray, collected all the pertinent information together to create his alter ego, Eric Starvo Galt, so he could kill King.

The company had a bauxite mine in Port Kaituma, Guyana was very close to the Jonestown community established by the Peoples Temple. And there are signs that the operations were related. When Guyana was attempting to achieve independence from Britain, the CIA worked to undermine the Marxist candidate and install the more moderate Burnham as president. Burnham became more leftist and led a nationalization effort that got rid of Union Carbide. Some Jonestown veterans believed Jonestown to be a "device by which the agency manipulated the Guyanan administration of Prime Minister Forbes Burnham". The former Guyanese ambassador noted the "power of a corporation with the international reach of Union Carbide to frustrate the socialist will of a country the size of Guyana"

The Hudson Institute is a politically conservative, 501 non-profit American think tank based in Washington, D.C. It was founded in 1961 in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, by futurist, military strategist, and systems theorist Herman Kahn and his colleagues at the RAND Corporation. It is staffed by some 44 professionals, a number of whom have worked at the Pentagon or CIA, the Institute is endowed by more than forty major multinational corporations. such as Exxon, Castle & Cooke, Bank of America, Union Carbide, American Telephone & Telegraph, Mitsui, and the Royal Bank of Canada. It performs wide-ranging classified research on both national and international issues to fulfill some of the voracious need of the energy and national security network.

According to the New York Times, human experimentation with radioactivity took place at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, a nuclear weapons facility managed by Union Carbide from 1947 to 1984 (after which Lockheed Martin predecessor Martin Marietta took its place).
Donald Paugh is also a Mason, 32nd Degree. It's already engraved on his tombstone, next to Nedra.

A Rainbow girl is basically a mixture of Girl Scouts, a church youth group and a sorority.  Much like a sorority, Rainbow girls has a confidential ritual and a special initiation ceremony. It is supposedly connected to the Masons.

Patsy's first pageant was allegedly part of the Rainbow girls.  Nancy Krebs claimed that she saw Patsy Ramsey in Sacramento in 1979 as part of the Rainbow Girls.

Nancy also reported that as a child, she had been the victim of sexual abuse by distant relatives Fleet White, Jr. and his father, but also by John Ramsey. She further reported being prostituted for pornography. Her basic allegation was that John Ramsey, Fleet White, and Fleet White's elderly father had been visiting her in California and raping, sodomizing and tying her up in chains since she was a child. She literally accused John Ramsey of rape. She also claimed John Ramsey filmed her being abused and made money off it. She alleged a pedophile conspiracy involving her own family members, the Ramsey family and the Whites. The actual killer of JonBenet, she said, was Fleet White's elderly father. Krebs actually claimed that her own mother attended the Whites' dinner on Christmas night, 1996.

Patsy grew up in Parkersburg, an Ohio River town of 34,000.
She was a sophomore at Parkersburg High School when she became first runner-up in the Miss Teen-Age West Virginia contest. When she was a sophomore at West Virginia University, she Miss
was a runner-up in two preliminary competitions in the Miss America contest before finally winning a contestant-at-large competition, and the Miss West Virginia title.

At one point Patsy was described by a pageant judge as "a little automaton" for her programmed, controlled movement.

Patsy's dramatic reading in Atlantic City won her one of the pageant's eight non-finalist talent awards and another $2,000 scholarship, which helped pay for her education at West Virginia University.

After being crowned Miss West Virginia in 1977, she worked for the state of West Virginia, accompanying Gov. Jay Rockefeller and Sen. Robert Byrd to do ribbon cuttings. Byrd was accused by Cathy O'Brien of molesting her as a child and serving as her mind control handler.

In her senior year a West Virginia University, Patsy ran the Student Services Committee, served as membership chairman for her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta, made the dean's list and earned a degree in journalism with a concentration in advertising.

Patsy loved being West Virginia's queen. "It's just like being Cinderella for a year,'' she said. "Wherever I went, people throughout the state treated me royally.''

Patsy moved to Atlanta soon after her graduation from West Virginia University. With her bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing, she began her career with McCann- Ericson Advertising Agency , where she focused on doing promotional marketing for Coca-Cola USA. Later she joined Hayes Microcomputer Products, Inc., as Director of Marketing Services, and worked there for five years developing user-friendly product instruction manuals. One of the software manuals Patsy was responsible for won first place in an international technical writing competition. Her job with Hayes also put her in charge of special events, trade shows, and in-house advertising.

23-year-old Patsy and 37-year-old John Ramsey were married at the Atlanta’s Peachtree Presbyterian Church on November 5th, 1980, where John became deacon.

John and Patsy moved to a Cape Cod house in the Dunwoody section of Atlanta. Patsy joined the Junior League and the Garden Club and actively supported Egleston Children's Hospital. She funded a $500 "Best Interview'' scholarship at the Miss West Virginia pageant. John and Patsy were pillars of the community. They were very generous with their time and money.

From the very beginning of their marriage, Patsy included John's children from his previous marriage in their lives. They were at their home almost every weekend. Patsy even saw to it that both of John’s daughters were given coming-out parties.

Photographer Judith Phillips first met Patsy in 1984, when Patsy was working with Phillips’s husband’s modem-development company. “In order to be friends with Patsy, you have to accept her family, because they are such a big part of her life, especially her mother,” said Phillips. “Sometimes Nedra was obnoxious and said things that were so out of line and shocking, but the woman is unbelievable in her loyalty toward her daughters."
