Who is the Killer?:The Milwaukee Cannibal Pt. 1

Steven Mark Hicks
He was born on June 21st, 1959 in Cuyahoga Falls, Summit County, Ohio to Richard and Martha Hicks.
He was free spirited, caring, warm, friendly and well liked.
Steven graduated from Coventry High School in 1978.
He had girlfriend.
His parents were worried he smoked too much.
Steven often wore a necklace, and two bracelets
It was a hot morning on June 18th, 1978, Steven left his home in northeast Ohio to hitchhike to a rock music concert at nearby Chippewa Lake Park.

He had promised his parents he would be home in time for his birthday dinner.
A man picked him up and asked Steven if he would like to join  him for drinks at his home before going to the show.

They drank and listened to music for hours.
When Hicks attempted to leave, this enraged the man.
The man then bludgeoned Hicks twice from behind with a 10-pound dumbbell and strangled him to death.
He then stripped Hicks naked and masturbated on his lifeless corpse.
After, the man brought Hicks down to the crawl space of his house and began dissecting the body.
Then the man dissolved Hick's flesh with acid, removed the bones, smashed them to powder, and then scattered them in the woodland behind the family's home.

Steven Walter Tuomi
He was born in 1962, in Ontonagon, Ontonagon County, Michigan to Kathryn Ann Virtanen Nowak and Walter Tuomi.
He graduated from Ontonagon Area High School in 1981.
It was September 15th, 1957, and Steven was 24 years old.
He was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and he had just got off work and decided to go to a bar.
While at the bar a man persuaded Steven join him at the Ambassador Hotel.
The man drugged and raped Steven while he was unconscious.
The man then fell to sleep.
When the man awoke the next morning he found his hand bruised and Steven's bloodied corpse was underneath him in bed.
Steven's chest was crushed in and blood was seeping out of the corner of his mouth.
The man purchased a large suitcase in which he transported the body to his grandmother's residence.
One week later, he severed the head, arms, and legs from the torso, then filleted the bones from the body before cutting the flesh into pieces small enough to handle.
He then placed the flesh inside plastic garbage bags.
He wrapped the bones inside a sheet and pounded them into splinters with a sledgehammer.
He disposed of all of Steven's remains, excluding the severed head, in the trash.
For two weeks following the murder, the man kept retained the Steven's head wrapped in a blanket.
After two weeks, the man boiled the head in a mixture of Soilex and bleach in an effort to retain the skull, which he then used as stimulus for masturbation.
Eventually, the skull was rendered too brittle by this bleaching process, so the man pulverized and disposed of it.
