Who's the Killer? Wichita 1974 Pt.4

PROJECT FOX HUNT
9:30 p.m., Thursday, December 8, 1977.
Nancy Fox just arrived home from work at her job as a Jewelry Clerk.
The killer is waiting in the kitchen.
He surprised her at gun point.
He told her that he had a sexual issue and in order to get rid of that issue he had to tie her up and rape her. 
He allowed her to partly disrobe in the bathroom.
Then ordered her into the bedroom.
He tied her up, undressed himself, got on top of her and stranglers her with his belt.
The next day, the killer places a phone call to 911, telling them the location of Nancy's body.
Semen is found at the crime scene, but there is no evidence of any sexual assault found at Nancy's autopsy.
Her driver's license was gone from her house.


Now Police Could Put Together a Criminal Profile
He is organized and brings all this equipment and weapons with him.
He likes to torture the victims and watch the life leave their bodies.
He collects souvenirs and trophies from his victims.
He loves attention.

On January 31, 1978, the local newspapers receives a poem called "Shirley Locks," about Shirley Vian's murder.
The paper doesn't post the poem, which angers the killer.
So the killer decides to write a letter to a local T,V, news station.
