It was created by the architect of the tower, Gustav Eiffel.
The tower was unveiled in 1889.

The wealthy inhabitants of Paris, heard about the secret apartment.
They offered Gustav large sums of money to stay in the apartment.
He turned them all down.
The apartment wasn't open to the public until 2015, which was 92 years after Gustav's death.
