In 1996, Joyce and John Edmunds, retired and bought a ranch in Rainbow Valley Arizona.

Joyce had worked at the FBI and John was a psychiatric therapist.

They took care of rescue horses and dogs at the ranch. When they moved to this place way out in nowhere, the couple thought it would be a nice quiet life, things didn't turn out that way.

The previous owners had left pretty much all their belongings behind and in an empty pool on the property. When John called the real-estate agent to complain, the agent informed him that the old tenants had came by to get their belongings, but thought that John was the one who put them in the pool out of a fit of rage. The old tenants refused to come get their stuff, so John had to take care of it.

A few days later, a man with a machete came to the ranch claiming that he lived there as well. After John told the man to leave, the stranger replied, "You are going to wish i was here. You are really going to be sorry. There are monsters on this property and i kill them." The man left and never returned.

John and Joyce claimed that shortly after these events they started being harassed by entities unknown.

Strange orbs and lights started appearing in the sky with Military jets and helicopters seeming like they were interacting with them. Figures John called "Greys" started visiting the ranch as well.

They were 40" tall with large eyes similar to that of a fly and grey snake like skin that was cold to the touch. They always showed up in groups of three in the evening and to invade the couple's home.

Over the years, allegedly Joyce was attacked and molested by the "Greys". She claimed that she can't scream when this is going on and they leave her with syringe like marks as well as bruises on her stomach, thighs and shoulders. John lost time and ended up in places that he didn't remember going to. He said that that is because he kept getting abducted.

The couple also kept finding their horses mutilated with their tongue and eyes removed. John said that three rottweilers of his died a week after fighting a "Grey", despite having no visible injuries.

There is pictures of the mutilations, but i don't want to post them.

John, frustrated by all of this, bought a bunch of weapons.

One night, an alien aircraft tried to pull Joyce out of their house with a cone of light, so John fired and it and the "Greys" with a rifle until they let Joyce go and left.

Afraid that they would be labeled as "crazy" the couple didn't come forward for years with the activities that had been happening at their ranch. They did however collect items, so that they would have proof if and when they did.

They were able to acquire some liquid and a chunk of tissue that were left on the end of his sword after he had killed a "grey." Apparently, after a "Grey" was killed, its body would disappear, so this is the only evidence that the couple had and they sent it off for testing.

Biophysicist W.C. Levengood did the analysis in his lab in Michigan.

When the tests came back, the fluid appeared to be pure hemoglobin, which were similar to other samples that have been linked to other cattle mutilations. The blood also didn't match any creature on earth. The skin was an unknown plant and animal based material that had never been previously discovered.

Levengood seemed over the moon at first, but then fell out of contact. Levengood then died and the samples went missing. i only can find one resource that said how he died, so i'm not sure if it is true. But it says that he died in a freak accident in his lab..

A team of researchers has been out to the ranch. They claimed they saw a "Grey" that dropped a stone, which when analyzed, was said to be near to impossible to recreate on earth.

A strong magnetic field was also found on the ranch. It was similar to that found not far from the ranch, around the site Travis Walton claims he was abducted from by aliens in 1975. A previous tenant of the Stardust Ranch had also killed himself in the house.

John ended up selling the Stardust Ranch for 5 million dollars.

☠Momsicle: Buyer Beware☠

Marcella Jean Lee was detained on Thursday.
Back in 2016, a North Carolina woman bought a deep freezer from her neighbor, 56 year old Marcella Jean Lee, for $30. The neighbor told the woman that she was going to visit her mother in a West Virginia nursing home.

Marcella also had told the woman not to open the appliance when she sold it to her, saying it was being used as a time capsule and that church members would come by at some point to collect the contents inside.

Three weeks later,  when the church hadn't came for it's contents, the woman opened the freezer to find human remains. Needless to say she was horrified. It turned out that it was the Marcella's 75 year old mother, Arma Roush, in the freezer. Arma had previously lived with Marcella, but had not been seen for 8 months. A post mortem examination showed no signs of foul play.

Marcella was caught and was charged on Thursday with concealing and failure to report a death.

A Time Capsule From A Ghost Was Found.

Back in 2016, Demolitions crews in Albuquerque, New Mexico  discovered a time capsule from 1968 near former Montgomery Elementary School.

Some of the letters discovered in the capsule are from kids who wrote about their favorite TV shows (Lost in Space) and their favorite bands (The Monkees). But one kid named Greg Lee Youngman wrote about something far different. It reads:
"I am dead. I go to Montgomery School. That is the olden school name. I was born 1900. You auto now I dead. My favorite subject is spooking the police. I play the guitar. In case you don’t know what it is, it is board with strings on then. I am 10 years old. See you later savages."

There is no record of a Greg Lee Youngman going to that school. Is he really a 10 year old ghost who likes to play the guitar?Messages written by children in a 1968 time capsule that was discovered in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Screenshot via KQRE)

Microbes Are Linked To Heart Attacks.

Microbes

Microbes or microorganism are tiny forms of life that surround us that are too small to be seen by the naked eye. They may exist in its single-celled form or in a colony of cells. Microbes are found in water, soil, air and even human bodies.

There are good and bad microbes out there. The most common are bacteria, viruses and fungi. There are also microbes from the group of protozoa. These are tiny living creatures that are responsible for diseases such as toxoplasmosis and malaria.

Bacteria are single-cell organisms. Each different kind of bacteria need different things to grow. Some bacteria thrive in heat, while others need cold or oxygen. Well-known bacteria include for instance salmonella and staphylococci.

Many kinds of bacteria live on or in our body and help us to stay healthy. Like lactic acid bacteria, which is in the bowel and supports digestion. Other bacteria help the immune system by fighting germs. Some bacteria are also needed in order to produce certain types of food like yogurt or cheese.

It is estimated that less than 1% of all bacteria are responsible for diseases. Some diseases, like tuberculosis, are caused by bacteria alone. Bacterial infections can be treated with antibiotics. These are medicines that kill the bacteria or at least stop them from multiplying.

Many other infections including diarrhea, colds or tonsillitis can also result from bacteria, but most of the time it's do to viruses. Antibiotics are not effective against viruses.

Viruses have no cells of their own and they are also not living organisms in the stricter sense. They are instead made up of one or more molecules, inside of a protein shell. The genetic information found inside of this shell is needed for the viruses to reproduce. Many viruses are responsible for diseases.

Some are harmless and only trigger a minor cold, while others can cause serious diseases like AIDS. Other diseases caused by viruses include influenza, measles or viral hepatitis.

Viruses invade healthy cells and start to multiply from these cells. Without these host cells, a virus cannot reproduce. In many cases the body successfully fights back against the attackers. This is the case with cold sores. They are caused by viruses that are found in certain nerve cells and can lead to lip blisters in some people if the immune system is already occupied with other things.

To protect against some viruses the immune system can be “trained” by a vaccination so that the body is made less sensitive to the virus.

The best-known fungi include yeast, mold and edible fungi like mushrooms. Some fungi naturally occur on the skin or in the body. But fungi can also cause diseases.

Diseases caused by fungi are called mycoses. Common athlete’s foot or fungal infection of the nails can be caused by mycoses. Fungal infections can sometimes also cause inflammations of the lungs or mucous membranes in the mouth or on the reproductive organs, and become life-threatening for people who have a weakened immune system. But we owe the discovery of penicillin to a mold that can be used to produce this antibiotic.

A recent study revealed that abnormal microbe population in the body may lead to impairment of the stable coronary plaques and lead them to be dislodged leading to a heart attack. In the study the gut microbes of those with a heart attack have been found to be different from those who have stable angina. Heart attacks and heart disease has more than one contributing factor including obesity, diabetes, smoking and alcohol intake, age and concurrent medications being some of them. These factors affect the immunity, system metabolism and microbiome.

There have been several studies in the past connecting altered gut microbiota with heart attacks but no study has shown the connection of gut microbiota and inflammation that could lead to plaque instability.

Microbiota in the gut and coronary plaque could have a pathogenic function in the process of plaque destabilization and might become a potential therapeutic target.

Bosnian Pyramids: Historic Or Hoax?

The Bosnian Pyramids
Image result for bosnian pyramids
The central mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina are home to a handful of peaks called the “Bosnian Pyramids.” They are near Visoko, a town located 20 miles from Sarajevo. These pyramids were rediscovered in 2005 by author Sam Osmanagich who noticed them while on a book tour. The largest of these pyramids is named  “Pyramid of the Sun” and has ruins at the summit believed to be associated with medieval kings. At the Pyramid of the Sun, investigators discovered rectangular and roughly six-sided blocks under a meter of soil. The blocks appeared to be made from a type of concrete.

Physicists and electrical engineers measured an 13-foot wide electrical “beam” emitted from the top of the Sun Pyramid. This electromagnetic energy at 28 kHz is not commonly found in nature. The pyramid has miles of underground tunnels, multiple chambers, and flowing water which probably were used to conduct electricity.

These pyramids are up for much debate on whether they are really historic or just a hoax that someone made in the last few 100 years or so. Whatever they are, they have been embraced and adopted by the locals.

Did You Know That Antarctica Has An Active Volcano?

Antarctica
Image result for antarctica
Antarctica is the driest places on earth. It has valleys where snow and ice cannot even accumulate, which leaves the valleys as just a dusty expanse of dirt.

It is also the windiest place on earth. Wind speeds up to 200 miles per hour have been reported.

The Antarctic Ice Sheet is the single biggest mass of ice in the world and can sometimes be up to four miles thick. The continent as a whole contains about 90 percent of the planet's freshwater ice and around 70 percent of the total fresh water on earth.

If the West Antarctic Ice Sheet were to melt, it would raise global sea levels by about 16 feet.

The Ross Ice Shelf is a floating tongue of ice that extends off the continent's main landmass and is the largest ice shelf that has ever been discovered.

Antarctica holds one of the world's biggest mountain ranges called the Gamburtsev Mountains. They stretch out more than 745 miles. The highest peaks are estimated to be around 9,186 feet or about one-third the size of Mount Everest.

Hidden under the ice sheet is Lake Vostok, a freshwater lake buried under almost 3 miles of frozen water. This lake is about the size of Lake Ontario and is one of more than 200 different bodies of water that has been discovered beneath the ice.

Antarctica has an unnamed canyon that was found during a 2010 expedition. It extends 62 miles, is more than 6 miles wide and reaches depths of more than 1.5 times deeper than the Grand Canyon. Scientists speculate that it could be even larger, but further exploration is required.

Antarctica has a active volcano named Mount Erebus. It is the southern-most active volcano in the world - as well as the only known "lava lakes," which have held liquid magma for eons.

There are 80 research stations from 30 different countries. There are 4,000 people operate them during the summer months and only 1,000 during the long, harsh winters.

In January of 1979, Emile Marco Palma became the first human ever to be born on Antarctica. Only 10 other people have been born on the continent.

The continent remains dark throughout the entire winter season and during the summer months the sun does not set in Antarctica.

Deep Lake in Antarctica is so salty that it cannot freeze, even in temperatures as low as negative 15 degrees Celsius.

The Triceratops Only Had Two Horns.

Triceratops

About 65 million years ago, just before the K-T extinction that wiped out the dinosaurs, the Triceratops occupied the marshes and forests of western North America.

Triceratops is Greek for "three-horned face," but this dinosaur actually had only two horns. The shorter "horn" on the end of its snout was made from a soft protein called keratin, the kind found in human fingernails.

The triceratops enormous skull had a backward-pointing frill that could get up to seven feet in length. Males with bigger heads were more attractive to females during mating season and passed down this trait to their offspring. It may also have had some temperature-regulation function.

The Triceratops had birdlike beaks and "batteries" of shearing teeth embedded in their jaws, a few hundred of which were in use at any given time. As one set of teeth wore down from constant chewing, they would be replaced by the adjacent battery.

It is the largest of the horned dinosaurs and it is believed that fully grown, the Triceratops were about 26 ft in length, 10ft in height and weighed anywhere between 6 to 12 tons.

During the late Cretaceous period, they had evolved to the size of cattle, but their distant ancestors were small and occasionally walking on two legs as they roamed central eastern Asia.

The first known Triceratops fossil to be found were horns attached to a partial skull, found near Denver, Colorado in 1887.

Some paleontologists argue that the the two-horned Torosaurus was really unusually long-lived Triceratops males whose frills continued to grow into old age.

The US state of Wyoming lists the Triceratops as its state dinosaur.
