Bobby Fischer: Genius Chess Master And Not a Very Good Person.

Robert James Fischer
"All I want to do, ever, is play chess."

He was born on March 9th, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. Bobby was brought up in Brooklyn by his mom, Regina, after she moved there following her divorce in 1945. His mom was under FBI surveillance starting in 1942 due to her leftist beliefs as well as her being of Russian and German origin.

Along with his sister Joan, Bobby learned to play chess at the age of 6 using the instructions from a set bought at a candy store. At the age of 13 he became the youngest national junior chess champion in the USA and at the age of 14 he became the youngest senior US Champion. In 1958, at the age of 15, he became the youngest Grandmaster in the history of chess.

Despite having a IQ of 181,  in school Bobby was terrible student who routinely got Ds and was socially awkward. He was a loner with few friends at school and was essentially isolated. In 1960, he decided to drop out of Erasmus Hall High School in Brooklyn, NY.

In 1972, Bobby became the first American to win the title of World Champion in chess by defeating Boris Spassky of the USSR in Reykjavik, Iceland.

After Becoming World Champion, Bobby became of recluse. He was stripped of the title after he refused to accede to chess officials' rules for an upcoming defense against challenger Anatoly Karpov, who was eventually awarded the title by forfeit. After this, Bobby turned down endorsements and became more publicly erratic. He was even arrested.

After 20 years, Bobby made a comeback into the chess world in 1992. A Yugoslavian business man and crony of Slobodan Milosevic put up a $5 million to sponsor a Spassky-Fischer rematch in what was left of Yugoslavia. Bobby easily defeated Spassky. He earned over $3 million and incurred the wrath of the US government. He was subsequently indicted, and a warrant was issued for his arrest in the US. Yugoslavia was heavily sanctioned by the United States and the United Nations as a result of genocidal violence related to the breakup of the country. Bobby publicly spat on the the US Treasury letter warning him of the consequences of participating in the match.

It has been alleged that Bobby kept boxes of Nazi propaganda, and on 9/11 he took this to the airwaves, via a public broadcast in the Philippines: "I say death to President Bush! I say death to the United States! Fuck the Jews! The Jews are a criminal people. They mutilate their children. They're murderous, criminal, thieving, lying bastards. They made up the Holocaust. There's not a word of truth to it... This is a wonderful day. Fuck the United States. Cry, you crybabies! Whine, you bastards! Now, your time is coming."

The US then canceled Bobby's passport after he traveled to Japan. When he attempted to leave, he was detained by Japanese officials at the request of the US government. The Icelandic parliament granted citizenship to Bobby to extricate him from a Japanese prison.

Bobby died in Iceland of kidney failure in 2008 at age 64.

Andrea Knabel, A Advocate For Missing People Vanishes Without A Trace.

37-year-old Andrea Knabel is a single mother of two and from Louisville, Kentucky. She has dedicated her time to help find missing persons. She’d recently been laid off her job and lost her car. She was last seen on August 13 about 1 a.m., leaving a relative’s home on foot. Andrea was pretty upset when she left. She was trying to get a ride from friends as she walked. Her phone pinged last between 1:30-2:00 a.m.The pings emanated from Louisville’s Audubon Park neighborhood where she last seen. Andrea tried to  Facetime someone at 2:12 a.m. but the person was sleeping and missed the call. Her phone has been shut off since then and all calls have gone directly to voicemail.

Andrea is 5'7" tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has dirty blonde/light brown hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a light-colored tank top and white shorts on the night of her disappearance.

There is no evidence of foul play in her disappearance, but it can't be ruled out either.

Did Cuba Have Gilberto Policarpo Lopez Help Lee Harvey Oswald Assassinate President John F. Kennedy?

It's been highly debated for many years if the Cuban government had a role in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. At the time of Kennedy's death and unbeknownst to John and Robert Kennedy, the CIA was plotting with a high-level Cuban official, code-named AMLASH, to assassinate Fidel Castro as well as Chicago mobster Johnny Roselli and Rolando Cubela.

In 1967 President Johnson had ordered an internal CIA investigation after claims that Castro had known of the CIA's plot and had dispatched "teams" to retaliate.

Castro gave Associated Press reporter Daniel Harker an unusual, impromptu, three-hour interview in which he warned against U.S. support of terrorist plans to eliminate Cuban leaders.

Gilberto Policarpo Lopez was born in Cuba. He left in 1960 to avoid being drafted into the military and eventually became a US citizen. During the last week of JFK's life, Lopez
shadowed the president in Tampa. There, he waited for an important call from Cuba, giving him the “go-ahead order” to return. When the call never came, Lopez departed that November 18th or 19th, 1963 for Texas. Just days later, JFK flew few to Texas, where he was assassinated on November 22. At midnight on the same day JFK was killed, Lopez showed up at the Mexican border made his way to Mexico City.

The CIA flagged Lopez as a possible suspect in the assassination plot.

Just one month earlier, on October 8th, Oswald had also traveled to the Mexican capital from New Orleans. While there, Oswald visited both the Soviet and Cuban diplomatic establishments. Oswald had applied for a visa, but it was subsequently denied.

In Mexico City, Lopez apparently obtained a “Cuban courtesy” visa. On November 27th, he hopped on a Cubana Airlines flight to Havana, where Lopez was the only passenger.

What Happened To Brandon Swanson on his way home?

Brandon Victor Swanson
He was born on January 30th, 1989 in Marshall Minnesota to Annette and Brian Swanson. Brandon was 17 months older than  his sister, Jamine. He was very protective of her. He has a strong sense of family. He made time to be with his grandparents and parents and  helped out his family as much as he could saying, “they’re family and that’s what you do for family."

Brandon had worked at the local Hy-Vee Food Store in Marshall for four years, the last two in the bakery.

In May 2007, He graduated from Marshall Senior High School and in August of the same year, he began attending classes at Minnesota West Technical and Community College in Canby, MN in the Wind Energy Program. Brandon was an avid believer in natural renewable resources. He loved climbing the wind towers. Brandon made plans to attend Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa in August, 2008. He was enrolled at IWCC with intent to take general courses that would lead him to a four year university to major in a science program.

Brandon enjoys a good debate and he always won. He also enjoyed politics, history and music. He often watched CNN, the History and Discovery Channels. He was an avid reader and everything he read he could remember. Brandon also enjoyed sports and a special liking for the MN Twins.

On May 14th, 2008, Brandon was 19 years old and had finished his last day of classes at Minnesota West Community and Technical College. Just before midnight he was on his 30 mile journey back home from celebrating with friends, when he accidentally drove his vehicle into a ditch. Brandon's Chevrolet Lumina became hopelessly stuck.

At 12:30 a.m., Brandon made a cell phone call to his parents for help. He told them he was not hurt and he asked them to come to where he was and to pick him up. His parents got in their pickup truck and drove out to where they thought he was, keeping Brandon on the phone. Brandon stayed with his car and tried to signal them by flashing his lights on and off, but they saw nothing.

Brandon finally gave up and told them he was going to walk toward lights he could see that led him to believe he was near Lynd. He told his father to head for the parking lot of a local bar and wait for him there. Brian began driving there, talking to his son as he did.

Shortly after 2:30 a.m., Brandon suddenly said "Oh, shit!" on the phone and immediately the connection was lost. His parents continued looking for him for several hours, but there was no sign of Brandon.

At 6:30 a.m. Brandon's parents reported him missing to the Lynd police. They were told at first that it was hardly unusual for young men that age to stay out all night after the last day of college classes and that he had "the right to be missing."

Later that morning, the Lynd police searched for Brandon, but found no trace of him in the town or outside. They requested that the office of Lyon County sheriff Joel Dahl assist them. Using cellular phone records, they located Brandon's car 1-1/2 miles north on Lyon Lincoln Rd., off Hwy 68 west of Taunton and about 20 miles from Lynd. This was no where near where Brandon thought he was. Besides being stuck in the ditch, there was nothing amiss with Brandon's car, and due to the grass and gravel in the area surrounding it, there were no foot prints.

One of the areas where Brandon's phone possibly pinged was the Yellow Medicine county. A red light atop a Taunton grain elevator could be seen from that area. It was possible that was what Brandon had seen that led him to believe Lynd was within walking distance. Ground searches and air searches were underway and search dogs were also brought in. A team of bloodhounds from nearby Codington County, South Dakota, picked up a 3-mile trail that largely followed the field roads west-northwest to an abandoned farm, then along the Yellow Medicine River to a point where it appeared to enter the stream. Since Brandon wore glasses and was legally blind in his left eye, some authorities believed that he fell into the Yellow Medicine River while he was walking in the dark. The river was up to 15 feet deep in places, and was running high and fast at that time.

Brandon had mentioned passing fences and hearing nearby water when he was on the phone with his father. Boats from the state's Department of Natural Resources were deployed along the river, and gates were installed. Deputies also walked the river's banks, and horses and all-terrain vehicles were deployed in the surrounding area.  No sign of Brandon was found.

Sheriff Vizecky continued to walk the two miles of the Yellow Medicine in that area every day for 30 days.

Searches resumed late that fall and dogs on those searches continued to follow scents of human remains into an area northwest of Porter that had not been searched earlier.

By 2015, when official searches resumed, the area of interest had moved towards Mud Creek, a tributary of the Yellow Medicine north and northwest of Porter.

The Swansons leave their porch light on all night every night as a symbol of their hope that Brandon will eventually return or be found.

On March 12, 2009, Brian and Annette Swanson spoke before the House to help expand the Minnesota's Missing Children's Act so it can help missing and endangered adults. The law requires Minnesota police to begin an immediate search for missing adults under 21, as well as older adults who are missing under suspicious circumstances. On May 6, 2009, Gov. Tim Pawlenty signed the bill into law.

At the time of his disappearance, Brandon was 5'6" tall, 120 pounds
with brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white t-shirt under a blue striped Polo sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans, a black hooded zip-up jacket with an emblem on the back, a white flat-billed Minnesota Twins baseball cap twisted to the side, white sneakers, a heavy sterling silver necklace and one stud earring in each ear. Brandon wears black wire-framed eyeglasses. He has pierced ears and a small scar above his left eye. He is legally blind in his left eye.

Aaliyah Was Killed By Her Pilot.

🎶Aaliyah Dana Haughton🎶

"I want people to remember me as a full on entertainer and a good person."

She was a recording artist, actress and model who was ahead of her time. Aaliyah's nicknames were Li-Li and Baby Girl. She was playful, compassionate and caring. She was a prankster. Aaliyah loved to sleep, play word games, shop at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, and eat breakfast food, even late in the afternoon. She also loved reading Harry Potter books.

Aaliyah was born in Brooklyn on January 16th, 1979 to Diane and Michael "Miguel" Haughton. She was raised in Detroit. Aaliyah was destined for stardom. She started voice lessons shortly after she learned to talk. At age 11, Aaliyah opened for her aunt, Gladys Knight in Las Vegas. She signed a contract with Jive Records at the age of 12. She studied dance at the Detroit High School for the Fine and Performing Arts and earned a 4.0 GPA. At fourteen, Aaliyah released an album produced by R. Kelly, called, "Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number", which sold more than 1 million copies.

Rumors swirled that she had married Kelly when she was only fifteen and he was twenty-seven. Aaliyah denied it, even though a marriage certificate was found in a Chicago county clerk’s office.

Aaliyah's second album, "One in a Million", dropped in 1996, and sold 2 million copies. It also launched its producer-songwriter team, Timbaland and Missy Elliott, to stardom.

By the time Aaliyah was 18, she was on top of the world with a successful string of critically acclaimed, best-selling albums and singles.

Aaliyah began modeling for Tommy Hilfiger and taking acting lessons, which led to a starring role in the 2000 film, "Romeo Must Die", as well as the role of Akasha in Queen of the Damned, which was released after her death. She had also been cast in both of the sequels to The Matrix, which she had started shooting in L.A. before her death.

Her third record, Aaliyah, released in July 2001, was already gold when she flew to Abaco Island in the Bahamas to finish the video for the album’s third single, “Rock the Boat,”.

The self-proclaimed "street but sweet" Aaliyah was poised to become a global icon. Her life was tragically cut short, when she died in a plane crash on August 25, 2001, on her way back to Florida.

On board the ten-seat twin-engine Cessna 402B with Aaliyah was the pilot, Luis Morales III, and seven members of her crew: video-production director Douglas Kratz, bodyguard Scott Gallin, hairstylists Anthony Dodd, and Eric Forman, Blackground Records executive Gina Smith, makeup artist Christopher Maldonado, and friend Keeth Wallace. Less than a minute after it took off, the plane crashed just a few hundred feet from the runway. Aaliyah was among six passengers dead at the scene with three others passing away hours later.

The cause of the crash was due to the aircraft being over it's maximum weight by 700 pounds during take off. Also there was one more passenger than it was certified to carry. The pilot was to blame was well. He had falsified the number of flight hours he had in order to get his license. He also lied about how much time he had flown from his last employer. When they did his toxicology report, traces of cocaine and alcohol in his system.

Aaliyah was laid to rest on August 31st, 2001. Her funeral was closed to the public, but hundreds of her fans lined Park Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side as the singer’s casket was carried to St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church. At her funeral 22 white doves were released to symbolize each year of her life.

Later, a public memorial at Cipriani 42nd Street was attended by more than 3,000 mourners.

🐎In her early twenties, Megan began dating an aspiring DJ named Adam Matos. Soon, she became pregnant with his child and Megan and her family were ecstatic, but they were weary of Adam. Adam wasn't ready for a baby and the couple soon parted ways. After Megan had the baby in 2009, the couple reconciled.
They named their baby boy Tristan, and he was autistic and needed extra help. Adam moved in with Megan and Tristan who still lived with Megan's family. Adam got on Maggie's nerves. He didn't help around the house and was always lying around. Megan and Adam didn't get a long real well either and would constantly argue.

🐎Greg decided to retire and he moved the family to Florida with Adam in tow, providing that once they got there, he would look for a job and eventually move out. In July of 2014, the family rented a two-story house in a Hudson neighborhood on the banks of a canal while their new home was being built. Maggie got a job as a clerk at a convenience store and Megan got a job as a waitress at a bar. Adam worked at a restaurant as a dishwasher, but was fired not too long after he started because he stopped showing up. Adam would just sit home all day and play video games.

🐎Adam and Megan grew farther and farther apart and argued more and more. They even slept in separate bedrooms. Megan had a group of friends that she liked to go hang out with while Adam stayed home and baby sat Tristan.

🐎Adam became increasingly violent to 27-year-old Megan. This got so bad that Megan had to make an emotional call 9-1-1 one morning after she came home from hanging out with her friends.

Megan: "I just came home, and my son's dad put a knife to my throat and he cut my hand and i'm like, bleeding everywhere and my son's freaking out."
9-1-1: "Ma'am, ma'am, he, he cut your hand with a knife?"
Megan: "Yes, i'm bleeding everywhere."
9-1-1: "Okay, and that's the father of your son?"
Megan: "Yes."
Megan sounded terrified and she can be heard trying to comfort 4-year-old Tristan.
Megan: "It's ok baby. I'm sorry. Please just have someone come out here as soon as possible. He literally tried to kill me."

🐎When authorities arrived, Adam had taken off and Megan was distraught with knife wounds on her hand that she received from the struggle for her life with Adam. After he had left, Adam texted Megan over 100 death threats and she was afraid he was going to come back and finish the job.

🐎6 days passed and relatives of Megan and her parents called the police, when they tried numerous times to get a hold of the family, with no response. When police arrived to do a welfare check, the house appeared to be empty, but there was a foul odor that seemed like it came from within. There was a spent bullet in the driveway. Police decided to go inside the home through an open door leading to the garage. The family's van was inside, along with bloody blankets and blood all over the floor. Police searched the house, and found trails of blood, but Megan and her family were nowhere to be found.

🐎That same day, an officer noticed a foul smell came from a wooded area down the street from the family's home and called the lead detective investigating, Chet Cougill. When Chet went to the wooded area, there was a pile of bodies that were so decomposed, they were unrecognizable and they couldn't tell how many were even there until they were taken to the medical examiner.

🐎The police brought in forensic experts to the family home and when they sprayed luminol, the house exploded with pink color. Luminol lights up traces of blood pink, so there had been blood everywhere. In the garage in the van, there was a foul smell blood, maggots and a shovel. Outside there was a freshly dug up area of the yard, but it wasn't very deep due to lime rock.

🐎The police suspected that Adam was the culprit, but they weren't sure until the bodies were identified. They had to make sure that he wasn't one of the victims. When the medical examinations were finished, the bodies of Megan, Maggie, Greg and a friend of Megan's named Nicholas Leonard were identified.
🐎
Nicholas "Nick" Leonard
🐎He was born on April 29th, 1977 to Paula and Daniel T. Leonard. He was a carpenter and landscaper. Nick was one of the friends that Megan had been out with the night when she had came home and made the 9-1-1 call. Megan and Nick were in a romantic relationship that she had kept secret from her family and friends. Nick, however and told his family all about Megan and said that she was the love of his life that he'd probably end up marrying someday. He told them that they were keeping their relationship quiet until Adam moved out of the house, because Adam had found out about their relationship and he threatened Nick's life. Which Adam ending up taking.

🐎After the 9-1-1 call that Megan had placed that one night, she called Nick and he came over with his handgun. He told his family that he would be back, that he wanted to go keep Megan and her family safe. That was the last time they'd ever see him again.

🐎Megan, Maggie, Gregory and Nick were accounted for, but there was no sign of Tristan. It was a relief in a way, but that meant that he was either buried somewhere else or possibly with the monster that ended his family's life. It turns out that when the police went to the family home to do a welfare check, Adam had been at the house. When they knocked on the door, he went out the back with Tristan, ran through the back yard, stole a canoe, paddled to the other side of the canal and hailed a taxi to a hotel. At the hotel, he checked in under his own name.

🐎Good thing that he was so dumb that he checked in under his real name because this led investigators right to Adam and a traumatized Tristan. Police tried to talk to Tristan, but he wouldn't really say anything. When they took Adam into custody, investigators told him that he was being arrested for domestic violence from the night that he attacked Megan with a knife. They didn't tell him anything about finding her body or that of her family and new boyfriend. Police wanted to see if Adam would confess or let anything slip about the murders. Adam tells investigators that he didn't attack Megan the night of the 9-1-1 call and she was making it up.

🐎After Adam was squared away, investigators informed him about the Nick's and the family murders. He said that he was shocked and that he'd never kill Megan or her family. Adam even went further to claim that it was an ex-girlfriend of Nick's that did the deed. Police investigated Nick's ex and she had a air tight alibi. There was also a witness to the murders, Tristan.

🐎Police one again questioned Tristan, who had been staying with Megan's mother's side of the family. This time, he managed to talk to police and retell the horrifying tale that had unfolded in front of him. With the details added by Tristan, investigators were able to come up with a pretty solid timeline of the events and confirm that Adam was the killer.

🐎Investigators believe that Adam staked out the family home and was aware that Nick was staying there for the night. They think that he was waiting to strike once Maggie got off her shift at work around midnight. Once she pulled into the garage and exited the van, Adam pounced, and beat her in the head with a hammer many times until she was still. He then tied Maggie up and put a bag over her head for good measure. Adam then made his way up stairs and into the room where Megan and Nick were sleeping. He beat Nick to death with the hammer as he tried in vain to defend himself. He had been hit 21 times. As Nick was being murdered, Megan and Tristan ran for their lives to her parents room where Greg had hunting rifles. When Adam was finished with Nick, he took Nick's gun and made his way to Megan's parents room. Adam entered the room and fired two shots at Greg's back, who was in his closet loading his gun. Adam then turned his attention to Megan. While she desperately plead for her life, he shot her once in the face.

🐎You'd think that after Adam carried out his heinous act, that he would clean up the scene and then leave. Sadly for Tristan, that's not what happened. After Adam threw the murder weapons in the canal, he and Tristan stayed in the house with the bodies while Adam sold the family's dogs and valuable possessions online. He even had food delivered to the house. Some of the family's neighbors questioned Adam why he was at the house. He told them that the family was away on vacation and he was taking care of things while they were gone.

🐎Poor Tristan, not only did he have to witness the terrible violence inflicted by Adam, he had to sit for nearly a week with the bodies of his loved ones.

🐎When Adam did decide to take care of the bodies, he first tried to bury them in the yard with a shovel he went and bought. After that didn't work, he loaded them up in the van and dumped them in in the woods were they were discovered.

🐎Adam was charged with 4 counts of 1st degree murder. And what did he plea? Not guilty. Adam said that he was there to get his belongings and he was just defending himself from a family that was trying to kill him.

🐎Is that why he jumped an unarmed woman when she was getting out of her car and then proceeding to beat her to death with a hammer? Oh and to make sure she was good and dead, put a plastic bag over her head? Was Maggie a Kung Fu fighter or what?

🐎Thankfully, the jury didn't by Adam's lies and he was found guilty on all counts. However, he did not receive the death penalty when 1 person on the jury voted to spare his life. This bewildered and angered the presiding judge, Mary Handsel.

"If there was ever a case that I’ve ever heard that 12 people would have decided that death was appropriate, this was probably it," said Mary.

Mary sentenced Adam with the maximum conviction she could, which was life in prison without the possibility of parole.

🐎Adam tried to make a statement to the family member's of his victims about how sorry he was, but Megan's brother Aaron to yelled at him to shut the f*ck up.

🐎I hope another one of the prisoners gives Adam what he deserves..

🐎Rest In Peace Megan, Nick, Maggie and Greg, the world is much darker without you in it.

To Tristan: “God whispered, "You endured a lot. For that I am truly sorry, but grateful. I needed you to struggle to help so many. Through that process you would grow into who you have now become. Didn't you know that I gave all my struggles to my favorite children? One only needs to look at the struggles given to your older brother Jesus to know how important you have been to me.”

The Devil's Island Monster Took Jacque Away From Her Triplets.

👶👶👶
Jacque Sue Waller
👶👶👶“I leave you now for a little while for a home that awaits us all. Cry not out of sadness but, rejoice that what was lost has been found.” -Reverend Cody Alley

👶👶👶She was born on December 26th, 1971 in Bonne Terre, St. Francois County, Missouri to Ruby and Stan Rawson. Jacque was a beautiful, outspoken, kind, empathetic, woman that was full of compassion. She also was a prankster at times.
👶👶👶 wanted nothing more than a family of her own, so when she became pregnant with triplets, she was overjoyed.

👶👶👶 husband, James Clay Walker, was a little awkward and had a speech impediment. That made Jacque feel sorry for and want to take care of him. Jacque's parents, however, didn't like Clay at all and thought he was a jerk. For awhile Clay worked as a deputy at the Cape Girardeau county sheriff's office. This only lasted a year though. Jacque already had a good paying job as manager at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, so she was able to support the family while Clay bounced around from job to job.
👶👶👶 Jacque loved her babies and enjoyed every minute with them. Clay, however, was unwilling to help with the kids. He also had become emotionally and physically abusive. He began threatening her and the children. He would pull a gun on Jacque. Jacque began to fear for her life and her children's. She began documenting the abuse in her computer. Allegedly, Clay also had multiple affairs, which he'd always deny when she would confront him. Jacque asked for a divorce and her husband said "If you take my kids, I will kill you". Her husband would threaten to kill her children as well.
👶👶👶Clay lost another job and they lost their house. Jacque saw this as a blessing in disguise and she took the kids and moved in with her sister while Clay moved in with a friend. They both seemed to move on and were both in relationships with other people.

👶👶👶As the divorce grew near, Jacque began confiding in her older sister. Jacque felt she could handle her husband and things would work out fine. Sadly, she was dead wrong.

👶👶👶On June 1st, 2011, 39 year-old Jacque finalized their divorce and she was to pick up her son that stayed at Clay's house the previous night. She called her sister Cheryl and told her that she had just pulled up to Clay's house and she was going to get her 5 year-old son and be on her way home. That was the last time Cheryl heared Jacque's voice.

👶👶👶Three hours later, Jacque still wasn't home. Cheryl had a sick feeling and started calling Jacque's phone, desperately trying to get a hold of her, to no avail. Cheryl then began bombarding Clay's phone, but he didn't answer either. Then on the last attempt, Cheryl made to Clay's phone stating that she was going to give him five minutes and then she was going to call the police. Clay called her back immediately. He said that if he sees Jacque he'd have her call and then he hung up on Cheryl.

👶👶👶Cheryl didn't wait around and drove to Jackson, where Clay lived, and went into the police station. She told them that Clay killed Jacque and even though she had no evidence of this fact, the police began immediately investigating and sent someone out to question Clay.

👶👶👶During police questioning, Clay said his son wasn't at his house, he was with Clay's girlfriend and that Jacque had come over to talk more about their divorce. He stated that Jacque arrived at his house around 4 p.m. He said they got into an argument and she stormed off on foot. Clay said he left and that when he returned about two hours later, her car was gone.

👶👶👶Police didn't buy Clay's story and assembled a team of investigators from different agencies. A few hours later they found Jacque's car abandoned on the side of the road, with a punctured tire. Investigators said the scene looked staged.

👶👶👶Investigators wanted to search Clay's house and vehicle, but Clay said that his attorney advised against the searches. Investigators acquired warrants and later that afternoon, began the searches. Blood was found all over Clay's truck, but when the test results came back it wasn't from Jacque. It turned out to be fish blood. Clay had video tapped himself smearing fish blood all over his vehicle. He claimed in the video that he was doing this to see how corrupt the police were and if they would plant evidence.

👶👶👶When Clay's house was searched investigators noticed that the hall carpet was gone as well as there being blood in the hallway. This led investigators to sermonize that a violent confrontation took place.

👶👶👶One of the detectives who had searched the basement, stumbled onto a crawlspace. Inside that crawl space was the missing hallway rug, soaked in blood.

👶👶👶Investigators look at surveillance video from around town of the day that Jacque disappeared.

👶👶👶At around 11:00 a.m. on June 1st, 2011, Jacque was seen at a drug store where she met Clay.

👶👶👶At 1:00 p.m., Jacque went to an ATM and that was the last time that she was seen alive.

👶👶👶Later that day, Clay at a store and in different clothes than he was wearing in the video where he had met Jacque. He was with his girlfriend and his son, buying toys. There is video of his truck as well, with a garbage can in the back.

👶👶👶Later in the evening, there is also footage of Clay at a car wash, scrubbing out a boat he was towing. When authorities issued images of Clay's boat to the public, witnesses came forward saying that they saw what appeared to be Clay's boat floating next to a sandbar called Devil's Island earlier in the day. Police searched that area several times, but found no trace of Jacque.

👶👶👶The authorities being suspicious about Clay, had one of their detectives convince Clay to come into the station for a formal interview. Allegedly, Clay claimed that the blood found at his house was from a minor accident.

👶👶👶A lot of blood can come out of a small wound depending on what place on the body it is located. However, why would you attempt to hide the rug instead of throwing it out?

👶👶👶Investigators had put a tracker on Clay's truck, in hopes he might lead them to a clue on where Jacque might be located. This didn't turn out to be a fruitful endeavor, quite the opposite. It is believed that Clay suspected that there was a tracker on his vehicle and it appeared that he kept leading investigators on wild goose chases that wasted their time.

👶👶👶On July 11, 2011, Jacque’s business cards were found inside a packet along Missouri Route 177, which was about 10 miles from where her car was found.

👶👶👶Clay allegedly started harassing Jacque's family and even flipped off search crews. Cheryl had been awarded custody of the kids, which angered Clay profusely.

👶👶👶I'm not really sure if he loved them, but  I think he saw them more as his possessions.

👶👶👶In fact, Clay got so angry that he sent Cheryl a death threat online and so he was arrested on a federal charge for that threat. He was also accused of stealing money from one of his jobs and threatening a friend.

👶👶👶Clay is questioned again about Jacque and this time he says that a former co-worker killed Jacque and that he can prove it eventually. Police know that this is another lie that Clay is trying to spin and that the co-worker has a solid alibi.

👶👶👶Up to this point, Clay seemed cocky and thought that he was smarter than everyone else, but he wasn't.

👶👶👶As police continued to question him, they urged him to tell the truth, which they let him know they knew he hadn't been telling. Despite all of this, Clay still held steadfast to the claim that he didn't kill Jacque.

👶👶👶In September, 2011, Clay’s father related to police his son’s confession to him that he broke her neck during an argument. Waller’s father was ill and in a nursing home when the interview was conducted by law enforcement and prosecutors were unable to obtain a video affidavit before he died on December 20th, of that year.

👶👶👶In October, 2011, Clay pleaded guilty to threatening to kill Jacque's sister in a message he posted online.

👶👶👶On January 3rd, 2012, Clay received a five year sentence in federal prison for threatening Cheryl online.

👶👶👶Despite the lack of Jacque's body, Clay was charged with first-degree murder. After this, Clay's attorneys approached prosecutors about making some kind of deal. Jacque's parents wanted justice, but they wanted their daughter's body back as well, so they told prosecutors to make a deal. The deal entailed Clay to plead guilty of second degree murder and get in 20 year sentence in exchanged for details about what he did to Jacque and what he did with her body. Clay agreed and told investigators that Jacque's body was buried on Devil's Island after all.

👶👶👶Devil's Island is a thickly wooded island in the Mississippi River. Clay told investigators that he couldn't quite remember the exactly where he had buried Jacque's body. This led them to wonder if Clay was spinning another lie. Clay told them that he did bury Jacque with a bag of fertilizer on top of her in order to decompose the body faster.

👶👶👶This was a good thing in a way, because i guess too much fertilizer will make plants sick.

👶👶👶When investigators saw a sickly looking tree they started digging by hand and found Jacque's body. And now that her body was found, the family had to try to explain to the the now 7-year-old kids where their mom was and who took her away from them.

👶👶👶As the last part of Clay's deal, he had to do a full video tapped confession of what transpired between him and Jacque. He said that everything started a year before that fateful day of her demise. She had told him that she was thinking about ending their marriage. He said that he calmly warned Jacque that if she took the kids away from him he'd kill her.

👶👶👶Clay continued to go on about the event that brought him to the breaking point. He said that Jacque came to his place on May 1st, 2011 and was saying that she wanted a divorce. In the confession he said that he knew she was going to die now and told investigators that he had dug Jacque's grave on Devil's Island the day before he killed her.

👶👶👶Even though, by admitting that he knew that she was going to die and about digging her grave the day before he killed her, Clay then says that her death was an accident. He claimed that he accidentally bumped Jacque's nose with his head, causing her nose to bleed. He then said that this made Jacque freak out and she ran and tripped in the hall. Clay said that that is where she started provoking him and threatened that he would never see the kids again. He then goes on to say that he hit her in the neck, which knocked her down. Then he punched her in the nose and choked her until she passed away.

👶👶👶"I wasn't intentionally pre planned to kill my wife that day. That wasn't the case at all." said Clay.

👶👶👶Right, Clay... we all dig graves for the fun of it.

👶👶👶So, basically he changed his story. At first he says that he pretty much planned Jacque's murder with the act of digging her grave and then he claimed it was an accident. Essentially he lied to police about it not being a premeditated murder and also about how he killed her.

👶👶👶Jacque's autopsy proved that Clay had lied. Instead of just getting hit in the nose and strangled, she had "multiple fractures to the face and skull consistent with blunt force trauma."

👶👶👶Clay went on to say that after he killed Jacque, he put her into a garbage can and put it in the back of his truck. That was the garbage can that was seen on that surveillance tape in the back of his truck when he was shopping with his and Jacque's son...
👶👶👶After he dropped his girlfriend and Jacque's son off, he says he went in his boat to Devil's Island where he buried Jacque.
👶👶👶On December 19th, 2017, Clay was sentenced to 20 years. An extra 35 years was tacked on for interstate domestic violence, since he had dug the grave in one state and then killed Jacque in another. In total he should end up serving a 55 year sentence.

👶👶👶At Clay's sentencing, Jaque's son gave an impact statement, which seemed to have no effect on Clay.

👶👶👶"Dear dad, this is Maddox. The son of you. You betrayed... you know what you did you killed our mom. You betrayed your kids you big fat jerk. You're a big fat jerk do you know that? I wish you were never my dad you big fat jerk. I never want to see you again for my entire life. We don't like you anymore. This is the last time you'll hear of me. Okay? Bye!"

👶👶👶Besides not seeming to care about the feelings of his children, Clay seemed not to care that he had killed Jacque either. He said in a telephone conversation to a family member that he wasn't sorry and that he only regretted having to spend time in jail. Clay even wrote a book about murdering Jacque entitled, "If you take my kids i'll kill ya."

👶👶👶I hope something happens to him in jail and he has to stay in there for the rest of his life. Those kids should never have to deal with a monster like that ever again.
👶👶👶"We miss her to pieces, miss her to pieces and I'd do anything for her," said Stan Rawson, Jacque's dad. "But all we can hope for is we'll see her again someday."

👶👶👶Cheryl legally adopted the triplets who are teenagers now and miss their mother very much, but are growing up in a happy caring home.

A Knightmare: Who Killed Tawnya?

Tawnya Dawn Knight
She was born on February 7th, 1981 to Lori and Frank Knight.
Tawnya was a pretty teenager that boys gravitated towards. She was a tomboy, and someone who always had a smile on her face. Tawnya could probably outrun most of the boys her age. She was very fastShe grew up in Arizona with her mom, but had come to live in Kansas with her dad a few years before her murder.

On December 7, 1996, Tawnya asked her father if she could have a sleepover at a friend’s house. Tawnya was always on time and when she didn't show up the next day, Frank was concerned. The Spring Hill Police Department considered Tawnya a runaway, and told the family that she would be home in a few days.

On June 7th, 1997. Her body was found in brush in a farmer's field. A farmer was in the middle of tilling his field when he spotted something that he was about to run over. When he took a closer look he realized it was a human skull and a partially decomposed human body. Tawnya's parents were able to identify her through dental records. Detectives had no indication if it was a natural, accidental, or homicidal death. However, the Johnson County Coroner at the time was sure Tawnya was murdered.

No arrests or suspects have been named in the case, so Lori hired a private detective named Jeff McDonald. He thinks that Tawnya was led to believe there was going to be a party.

McDonald said. "I can't find anyone who can say, 'I remember that night. I remember there was a party.'"

McDonald believes it was a lie. A fabrication by two people he called "The Mastermind," a girlfriend of Tawnya's, and "The Heavy," a boy that had a crush on Tawnya. McDonald thinks that the two concocted a murder plot motivated by "The Mastermind" being jealous and "The Heavy" having his advances being shot down by Tawnya.

McDonald learned The Mastermind dropped Tawnya off at a boy's house the night she went missing. McDonald said the boys who were playing video games were surprised to see Tawnya and didn't know why she was there. The Mastermind never came back to pick Tawnya up, one of the boy's mothers offered her a ride home, but she decided to walk back around midnight. The mother watched Tawnya leave and walk down the road.

She is the last person known to see her alive.

To get home, investigators said she had to pass a graveyard just off the main path. McDonald said he believes she was lured into the graveyard by The Mastermind and The Heavy and murdered there. And then her body was dumped just over an adjoining chain link fence from the graveyard, and the spot where her body was found.

The Mastermind and The Heavy were interviewed. The Mastermind was also polygraphed. She thought that the polygraph was fun, and she also failed the test.

Sadly, Tawnya's case remains unsolved.

"I just got to keep believing that I'm going to get justice because you can't give up hope, and you've got to believe in something," Lori Knight said.
