Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughin are among 48 others being charged in a $25 million nationwide college admissions cheating scam.
William Rick Singer, owner of a college counseling service called Key Worldwide Foundations, is their alleged ring leader. The group being indicted, dubbed as "Varsity Blues", allegedly paid bribes of up to $6 million to get their children into elite colleges.
The FBI recorded phone calls in which Loughlin and Huffman talked about the scheme with a witness who was cooperating with authorities.
Beautiful 9 year old Trinity Love Jones was full of character, full of life, and full of joy.
On March 5th, a maintenance worker was trimming trees when he noticed a duffel bag in an embankment near a hiking trail in Hacienda Heights in Los Angeles California. When he looked inside, he found Trinity's lifeless body stuffed halfway inside. He said that she looked like she was sleeping. Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office said that there was no visible trauma, but did ultimately determine that the death was a homicide and are not ready to release the cause of death. The Coroner hypothesizes that she was killed on March 1st.
Now Trinity's mother's boyfriend and convicted child abuser, Emiel Hunt, was arrested on Saturday and is being charged with her murder. The 38 year old appeared briefly in court this morning but did not enter a plea. His arraignment has been postponed until April 16th. If convicted, he faces a possible maximum sentence of 50 years to life in prison. Investigators Are Building A Case Against Trinity's Mother
A mysterious city emerges in the skies over China. Some say it is a different dimension or aliens, while others say it is a mirage. This isn't the first time this is happened either. It has happened dating back to 2011 and every year since 2015 with the exception of last year. Can something happen multiple times and still be a mirage? Will it happen this year? The last time this happened was on January 14th, 2017 over Yueyang in Hunan province in South Central China. According to experts, the skyline of this hallucination, do not match any known city in the world. So this squashes the theory about the pollution clearing up and the citizens seeing the city's skyline for the first time as some hypothesized. Is this an example of some new type of holographic projection technology similar to the long-rumored but never confirmed Project Blue Beam? Some Experts say that this is an illusion brought on by radiation fog. If i lived there i'd probably rather believe it was aliens than radiation fog playing with my mind.
Keila Ruby Flores was 33 years old when she was killed after someone threw a giant rock off a railroad overpass last Saturday evening. The rock exploded through the windshield, hitting Kelia in the front passenger seat. Her three children were in the back seat of the car while her boyfriend drove. Lockheed U-2 ultra high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft, also known as the Dragon Lady, returned to South Korea after spending 40 days in Japan.
The U-2 spy planes often fly to Japan when they train with the U.S. Forces Japan, but this time they did not participate in any drills.
The government claims that they collected intelligence about the North from Kadena. However, the U-2 is capable of conducting optical surveillance only within a radius of about 100 km, which means that it is impossible to spy on the North from Japan.
Austin Jones is an American former Youtube star and musician from Bloomingdale, Illinois. He was active from the years 2007 to 2017. He was famous for his cappella covers of songs like "Sugar, We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy and "Sorry" by Justin Bieber. He is 26 years old now and last month he pled guilty to one charge of child pornography. He was accused of using Facebook Messenger and Apple's iMessage services, two years ago, to solicit videos from girls between the ages of 14 and 15, in which they exposed their genitals. His sentencing is scheduled for May 3 of this year.
Kanghua Ren AKA ReSet gave a Oreo cookie loaded with toothpaste to a homeless man. The homeless man got very sick and threw up so much he feared he was going to die. Ren said,
"I might have gone a bit far, but look on the bright side: I've helped him clean his teeth. I don't think he's cleaned them since he became poor."
Prosecutors are seeing $35,000 in compensation for the humiliated homeless man. Also they want him to do two years in prison. He has now been banned from leaving his native Spain as his sentence is decided. He also tried to cover his tracks by deleting the video and then attempting to bribe the homeless man with $370 in exchange for his silence. Ren has also been accused of giving people sandwiches filled with cat poop, and abusing animals.
Steven Fernandez Esparza AKA Lil Cloud is an American amateur skateboarder, internet personality, musician and actor. He was 15 years old at the time he was accused of using his celebrity status to sexually exploit underage girls. Allegedly his manager was involved and everyone on his team was arrested and went to jail. The investigation is still on going and Steven claims it was his manager not him messaging these girls.
The Zuni were a Pueblo native american tribe, mostly based out of New Mexico. They believed in Achiyalabopa, a gigantic, bird like god with celestial powers. It possessed rainbow colored feathers as sharp as knives that it could shoot out at amazing speeds if threatened. It usually ended conflicts with a mellowing of the minds. It was once “attributed to the whole of creation”. There is no evidence that this was a hostile creature.
Apotamkin has super human strength and sustains itself with blood. This monster is often misidentified with a Vampire. This creature, however is a human that can transform itself into a giant, fanged, sea serpent. It lives in the Passamaquoddy Bay and pulls people in to eat them, particularly careless children.
According to the folklore of the Abenaki tribe of the north-eastern United States, the Kee-wakw or a Giwakwa was once a human being who either became possessed by an evil spirit or committed a terrible crime, causing his heart to turn to ice. The creature starts out as the size of a human, but if it is angered, it grows to the size of trees. It supposedly always hungry and rips it's victims apart with it's terrifying fangs. The ice heart is the source of it's power, if you melt it with salt or make it vomit it up, the creature is defeated and might turn it back into a human.
Culloo was a giant bird of prey, said to eat humans and be large enough to carry off a child in its sharp talons. It often haunted the dreams of Native Americans. According to legend, many hunters had tried to defeat the Culloo, but it makes it's nest up too high and on too steep of terrain, no one can reach it.
Adlet originates from the Inuit mythology of Greenland, as well as the Labrador and Hudson Bay coasts. It's a wolf human hybrid and some believe it is the basis for werewolf in popular culture. It's tall with terrifying blue eyes and is extremely fast. The Adlet often carries a spear that uses it to hunt their prey, such as humans, and eat their flesh. It is believed that the Adlet was created when an Inuit woman mated with a wolf. And that that action created ten hybrid offspring. The woman and her children were exiled on an island. The woman's father felt sorry for them and would sneak them meat in a boot, which one of the offspring would swim back to the island with. One day, the father filled it with rocks and the offspring drowned. This enraged the mother and she sent the rest of her litter to murder the entire village. The offspring didn't stop there, they continued to roam the earth pillaging villages.
Bakwas often called "Wild Man Of The Woods" is one of the supernatural spirits of the Kwakwaka'wakw people of coastal British Columbia. He eats ghost food out of cockle shells and tries to offer this to living humans who are stranded in the woods, in order to bring them over to the ghost world and changed them in to Bakwas. It has large eyebrows and a pointed nose. It is believed that these beasts were originally human spirits that had drowned. These creatures are said to be shy, but once one takes an interest in you, you better watch out.
A'Lexas Perez-Patino was a fighter from the day she was born, which was seven weeks early. She had a wonderful smile and was described as full of life, love, and laughter. She was smart, bright and ambitious. When A'Lexas loved, she loved with all her heart. She was very close with her family.
“She did not know how to fail,”
said her mother, Monica Perez.
“Everything she would set her mind to, she would do it.”
She was born to Monica Perez on July 6th, 1995 in the San Fernando Valley in California. She grew up in Hemet as the oldest of three other sisters and was a great role model for them. While at Tahquitz High, A'Lexas was a varsity cheerleader for four years before graduating in 2013. She worked at a Starbucks in San Jacinto and was headed to nursing school. She recently graduated from Mt. San Jacinto College, where she earned two associate’s degrees.
Two weeks before her death, she just started working at an elementary school as an after school coordinator, along with her Starbucks job.
A'Lexas also had a boyfriend that she had met from a mutual friend of just over a year. They had a tremulous relationship. Allegedly he was jealous and a bit controlling. They were living together and she grew a distant from her family and friends. Her friends didn't want to be around the boyfriend. A'Lexas's mother claims that she started seeing bruises on A'Lexas and the boyfriend seemed aggressive. One of A'Lexas' friends said that she asked to stay with her one night and that she had a bump on her head.
The day before A'Lexas passed away, she showed up to her mom's house and A'Lexas sister Mariah did her makeup and they all just enjoyed spending time together. A'Lexas was having problems with her boyfriend that day and they were playing phone tag. She decided to go meet up with him to watch a football game. She told her mom not to worry and that she would hang out with her the next day, because she didn't work all day.
That evening, on November 9th, 2017, A'Lexas and her boyfriend were at a restaurant called the Tilted Kilt. One of her friends worked there as a waitress. There were unconfirmed reports that A'Lexas and her boyfriend argued that night at the restaurant and he left.
Over an hour later, A'Lexas left and went back to her apartment and made calls to some of her friends and her sister Mariah. When Mariah picked up the phone all she heard was the sound of someone sniffling, like they had been crying. Mariah said " Hello A'lexas, hello?" but there was no answer and the call disconnected. She tried to call A'Lexas back, but there was no answer, so Mariah decided to wait and see if A'Lexas would call back. A little bit later, A'Lexas did call back and said she just got home and asked Mariah where she was and what she was up to. Mariah asked where the boyfriend was at and A'Lexas said she didn't know. Mariah then asked her if she was ok and A'Lexas said ya she was. Mariah asked her if she was sure and A'Lexas informed her that she was sure and then proceeded to ask Mariah where she was again and kept asking repetitive questions. Mariah thought that there was something a little off about her sister, like maybe she was drunk or something. Mariah didn't worry too much because A'Lexas was home and safe, or at least that she what she thought.
A'Lexas' last call of the night was to her boyfriend at 11:15 p.m. The cellphone records suggest that they talked for about two minutes.
The boyfriend stated that he arrived at the apartment around 3 a.m. and claims that the apartment was locked and he could not get inside. He had a key, but he said that the deadbolt was activated. He knocked and knocked on the door, but there was no answer, so he called the police. When the police showed up, they knocked on the door and there was still no answer.
Supposedly, the police didn't check the door to see if it was really locked.
Since there was no answer, the boyfriend told police that he would just sleep in the car for the night. The boyfriend alleges that he slept in the car until around 6:49 a.m.. When he woke up, he claims he climbed into the kitchen window, that was three stories up, by climbing onto a railing and leaning really far in. He found A'Lexas' lifeless body laying on the floor and that she had probably killed herself.
When the police arrived at the residence at 6:57 a.m., A'Lexas was found laying on the floor with only a single stab wound to her abdomen. This is a very unusual way for someone to kill themselves.
When A'Lexas' mom woke up that morning, she noticed she had a message from the boyfriend asking when was the last time she had talked to A'Lexas. The mom had a bad feeling and called A'Lexas' home. The boyfriend answered and was really distraught, he said he found A'Lexas lying down with blood coming out of her mouth. The boyfriend informed the mom that A'Lexas wasn't breathing and he had called 911. A'Lexas' mom rushed right over. When she arrived there, there was only one sheriff vehicle and yellow police tape up. There was no ambulance or firetruck or any other emergency vehicle there. No one would let her upstairs or really inform her on what was going on. Eight hours later, detectives started arriving on scene. It turns out, the boyfriend didn't try to perform CPR or even touch A'Lexas.
At 11:20 a.m., the boyfriend was arrested on suspicion of murder with malice.
Malice is implied when "no considerable provocation appears and where all the circumstances of the killing show an abandoned and malignant heart." Which means he wasn't defending himself or he knew she was going to die if he didn't assist her and he decided he didn't want to help her because he wanted her to die.
Authorities didn't have enough evidence to hold him, so he was released the next day. The boyfriend was playing at a casino until 3 a.m., so he did have an alibi until then.
A'Lexas' family says she wasn't suicidal and she wouldn't have killed herself. After talking to her family and friends police believe that A'Lexas did not kill herself, but the coroner listed her death as undetermined, despite her autopsy showing at least nine different bruises, scrapes and abrasions. She had two lacerations to her chin and two above her eyebrow.
What really happened to A'Lexas and who is responsible?
There are ways you can help get justice for A'Lexas.
You can share her story. There also a petition you can sign in order to get her case looked into by the Riverside District Attorney's office. Change.org Petition. There is also Justice for A'Lexas Instagram so you can keep up to date on her case.
If you have any information about A'Lexas' case, no matter how small, please come forward. Her family deserves to know what really happened to A'Lexas, no matter what happened.
Kendall Rae did this wonderful video with interviews with the family, please check it out. This is where i received most of the information about the case. Also, a weird thing happened to her, even though she didn't reveal anything about the boyfriend's identity, he filed a privacy complaint against her on Youtube. Supposedly, he also went on to her channel under his own name and tried to defend himself.... I just think that is a little weird of him, but that is just me. What i want to know is her time of death, and why there was blood coming out of her mouth. Unless A'Lexas' lungs were perforated, i'm not sure if blood would come out of her mouth. If A'Lexas did stabbed herself, is it possible she could have done it with just one motion? And wouldn't she have stabbed herself in the heart or her wrists or jugular? Was she strong enough to stab herself through the muscle? Usually people don't die until days later from sepsis.
Lisanne Froon and Kris Kremers were Dutch students. Kris was born to Roelie Grit and Hans Kremers on August 9th, 1992. She was described as open, creative, and responsible.
Lisanne was born to Diny and Peter Froon on September 24th, 1991. She was described as aspiring, optimistic, intelligent, and a passionate volleyball player. They were both born and raised in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
They both saved up money for six months and planned to go to Panama together on a special trip for six weeks, to learn Spanish, as well as to volunteer with children. The trip was also supposed to be a reward to Lisanne for graduating with a degree in Applied Sciences from Deventer the previous September. And Kris had just completed her studies in cultural social education, specializing in art education at the University of Utrecht.
Their trip began on March 15th, 2014. For the first two weeks they were just hanging out and touring Panama before heading to Boquete to live with a host family.
On March 29th they arrived at Boquete and on April 1st they decided to go hiking near the clouded forests that surrounded the Baru volcano. They left their host family's house around 11 a.m. and taking the host family's dog with them.
This is weird because, allegedly Lisannae and Kris had prearranged to have a tour guide take them on April 2nd.
It was reported that they had been seen having brunch with two young Dutch men before embarking on the trail and even took photos with them.
The host family's dog returned that night without Kris and Lisanne. Lisanne's parents also stopped receiving text messages from Lisanne.
On April 2nd, they missed the tour with the local guide, so he went to the host family. The guide then called Lisanne's mom and asked if she knew where her daughter was and find out no one knows where Lisanne and Kris are. Now the host family and the guide go to the police about 7:30 p.m. and report Lisanne and Kris missing.
The next day, on April 3, authorities began aerial searches of the forest and local residents began searching.
On April 6th, both girl's parents fly to Panama to join the search. Along with the parents, dog units, and detectives from the Netherlands to conduct a full-scale search of the forests for ten days. The parents even offered a US$30,000 reward. The search came up empty.
On June 14, 2014, a local woman found Lisanne's blue backpack, which she said she had found in a rice paddy by a riverbank near her village of Alto Romero, in the Bocas del Toro region. This was a long way from where Lisanne and Kris took their hike. The woman said she was sure it wasn't there the previous day. The backpack had both girl's belongings in it. The backpack contained two pairs of sunglasses, US$83 in cash, Lisanne's passport, a water bottle, Lisanne's camera, two bras, and the girls' phones and they were all packed, dry. Everything was in good condition, which is crazy when you think that it had been ten weeks since the girls were seen.
When the police searched the girls phones, multiple calls to the local emergency number was made over multiple days. The first distress call had been made just after the girls went on their hike. None of the calls had gone through due to a lack of reception in the area except for one on April 3rd that lasted for a little over a second before breaking up.
Lisanne's phone died on April 5th at 5 p.m. Kris's phone would not make any more calls either but was surmised that it was intermittently turned on to search for reception. After April 6, multiple attempts of a false PIN code were entered into the Kris' phone. After this the correct PIN was never entered, so it obviously wasn't her that was trying to get into her phone. The last time her phone was turned on was on April 11th at 10:51 a.m. and was turned off for the last time about an hour later.
Police also went through Lisanne's camera, that was also in the backpack. She had a bunch of photos on the camera, some of them seemingly normal, like from them exploring the city. There were 90 photos taken on April 8th, between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. They were flash photos and they were taken every two minutes. No one has been able to find the reason the photos were taken. Some people said that they were probably using it as a light source. Some people say that that would make it harder to see. Another theory is that they were using it to scare off things or used to try to signal attention. In One of the photos it looks like Kris has blood on her temple.
The discovery of the backpack led to a new search along the Culebra. Kris' shorts were discovered, some say they were neatly folded on the top of a rock, some say they were in the river. Two months after that they found a boot with a foot in it and a sock on the foot. Very close to the boot, a pelvic bone was found. 33 more bones of Kris' and Lisanne's were found it that area. Lisanne's bones were found with flesh on it, but Kris' bones didn't and were bleached. Supposedly, her bones were bleached by phosphorus or lime, which can't be found in the soil there. Some experts think this might have to do with a Mexican Cartel in order to speed up the decaying process and to get ride of potential evidence. The police refused to give out the actually autopsy reports. Some people suspect this is due to the Mexican Cartel as well.
They didn't know the area and didn't have any food or water with them, so no one has any idea how they got to where their bones were found. Police also wondered where the rest of the bones were. There were no signs of animal scavenging on the bones.
Investigators looked into the host family. Pretty much all the girl's stuff was there, so the two girls were planning on coming back. This investigation was kind of botched because the criminology team didn't do this investigation, it was some protection agency that carried it out.
Dutch authorities working with forensic and search-rescue investigators thought it likely the students had accidentally fallen from a cliff after becoming lost. Foul play could not be entirely ruled out.
Whatever happened, i think Kris died first and maybe it was Lisanne trying to use the phone. That i so weird though, about Kris' bones being bleached. If not for that, i would say they died of the elements. I'm not really sure what happened or why and how they got that far in those kind of conditions.
Police found a "floral fitted sheet with possible blood" in Frazee's home. They found an envelope with four teeth and a second envelope with a single tooth. The single tooth may have been one that Kenney said Frazee specifically asked her to look for, telling her it had fallen down an air vent in the attack.
There was a Facebook post from a woman with the same name as Patrick Frazee’s mother saying, “YAY the witch is dead.” posted on Thanksgiving Day.
I don't know why Kenney would want to be with a psycho that did something like that, she probably would've ended up the same way if he hadn't gotten caught.
