Ryan Michael Nehiley 

He was 25 years old when he was shot just before 9:00 p.m., on Friday in his apartment in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

He was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.

Police are treating his death as a homicide and it is believed more than one person is involved in his death.

She was shy, but fiercely loyal, sometimes to a fault.

Though small, she had a penchant for standing up for friends, a protective streak that endeared her to those around her and would occasionally get her in trouble at school.

She was born on August 6th, 1995 to Toni Jacobs in Richmond, Virginia.

She was last seen on September 26, 2016 walking from her apartment building in the Midlothian area of Richmond, Virginia, off Erich Road.
She was going to spend the night at a girlfriend’s house and told her mom she'd call her the next day.
There’s been no activity on Keeshae’s debit cards, cell phone or social media accounts.

She worked as a clerk at a thrift store but was considering joining the military.

Her brother, Deavon, was killed on Jan. 8, 2017 at a Richmond hotel.

James D. Henshaw, is facing charges of first degree murder in the shooting.

Police do not believe the two cases are connected.

She was last Seen Wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes and a pink scarf.

She has tattoos on her right foot, right leg and right hand of a leaf, paws and a flower.

At the time of her disappearance Keeshae was 5'3" tall, 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities believe foul play is involved in her disappearance.

A convicted felon, serving close to a decade for a violent crime involving another woman. allegedly has knowledge of Keeshae's whereabouts.

Novelist Who is Charged With Killing Her Husband Still Involved In Criminal Activity Behind Bars?

On Monday the 19th, Multnomah County prosecutors told the judge they believe Nancy Crampton Brophy is

"possibly being visited by individuals that are assisting her in ongoing criminal behavior."

The judge listened to the arguments and will make a ruling within 2 weeks whether or not the state should know who is visiting.

Nancy Crampton Brophy is a novelist and was charged in the shooting death of her husband, chef Daniel Brophy.
She plead not guilty back in September.

Long before he evolved into president, during his time as Senator of California, Ronald Reagan seemed to be very much against civil rights.

Ronald was on record as opposing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Fair Housing Act of 1968.
He also gutted the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, fought the extension of the Voting Rights Act, vetoed the Civil Rights Restoration Act and initially opposing the creation of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Reagan vetoed the Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act which imposed economic sanctions on South Africa that could only be lifted when that country abolished apartheid. 

He argued this was because he worried the sanctions would prompt the South African government to respond with "more violence and more repression.

His administration allegedly had a close relationship with the apartheid regime.

Congress overrode his veto.

There was a well-known belief that anti-apartheid groups like the African National Congress were Communistic.

When Ronald was newly elected governor he sided with his political benefactors over Cesar Chavez.

Cesar Chavez led the movement to end the underpayment and inhumane working conditions endured by over a million Mexican-American farm workers.

During his presidency of the Screen Actors Guild, Reagan served as an FBI snitch against members he suspected of Communist sympathies.

He required all officers to swear a "non-Communist pledge".

He also testified in front of the House Un-American Activities Committee against the "Hollywood Ten," and in doing so helped ruin a lot of careers.

Reagan financed, armed, and trained Islamic fascist Mujahideen in Afghanistan.

This cost billions of dollars, advanced the career of a Mujahidin commander named Osama bin Laden and led to the emergence of the Taliban.

He did all of this in order to curtail the Soviet Union's influence over Central Asia.

He also continued the war after the USSR's retreat.

This helped bring about bin Laden's ascendancy in the region.

Reagan illegally sold weapons to the unfriendly Iranian government  to fund right-wing rebel forces in Nicaragua.

This leading to the Iran-Contra scandal.

Reagan's sweeping tax cut plan in 1981 had the opposite effect of what he promised.

Unemployment rose by more than 3% to 10.8% during the first half of his initial term. 

His cuts to social programs, crippling of labor unions, and weakening of legal protections for the working class contributed to the growing income inequality that continues today.

Reagan does deserves credit for appointing Sandra Day O'Connor as America's first female Supreme Court Justice.

However, he had an outspoken opposition to abortion rights, appointed anti-choice judges and successfully pushed to remove support for the Equal Rights Amendment.

He didn't address the AIDS epidemic at all until the spring of 1987.
By that time, he had only a year-and-a-half left in his presidency and AIDS had already more than 20,000 lives, with thousands more suffering from infection.

Both as governor and president, he oversaw the massive defunding of mental health institutions. 

Many mentally ill individuals have difficulty obtaining and holding down employment, so this significantly increased homelessness in America.

In the forty-eight years before Reagan became president, his eight predecessors increased the national debt by a total of $975 billion. Reagan wound up increasing the debt by more than those eight presidents combined, adding $1.86 trillion to the debt.


This was in part because Reagan claimed that you could cut taxes for the wealthy and expand the military-industrial complex without increasing our national debt.
Reagan's economic advisers were hoping that in order to shrink the size of government, while maintaining military expenditures and low high-bracket tax cuts, Congress would choose to cut programs that benefited lower income Americans over allowing the debt to explode.

According to Josh Powell's journal he is not a good person and he gets moody.
He also says that he couldn't stand to be around his father because of his father's drinking.
Steven Powell used a Hi8 camcorder to capture video clips of Susan Powell, often without her knowledge.

Her husband, Donald Brantley, was indited for her murder twice.
The charges against him were dismissed both times before the case could go to trial.

There was a Wal-Mart receipt that shows that Donald bought a poly sheet, gorilla tape and a drop cloth.

He also rented a pressure washer from Bradly Reynolds.

Donnie contacted a singles' dating line with the new phone he bought for Marsha Brantley, despite having told police she had taken it with her. 

Donnie and his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Richardson allegedly shared a kiss before Marsha went missing, but Donnie says that is as far as it went.

He also had an account on a dating website for several months.

Donnie was having troubles with his business.

Money was tight.

The house was in Marsha's name, and if Donnie was going to have an affair or divorce Marsha, he would be homeless.

With her out of the picture he could sell the house.

Within about a week of Marsha's disappearance, Donnie allegedly hand-delivered a card to Richardson. 

It read: "Things are better for me now."

The two continued to see each other, but only for a short time before going their separate ways.

Authorities also found a landfill ticket that showed Donnie had dumped some questionable items.

Donnie allegedly kept changing his story about what happened to Marsha and, according to investigators, lied about where he kept the couple's camper.

If there is all this evidence why didn't the case go to trial?

Are they waiting for something more concrete?

William Mumler was an American spirit photographer who worked in New York and Boston.

Infamous “spirit photographer” William Mumler supposedly has the ability to use photographic plates to capture images of spiritual beings.

His first spirit photograph was apparently an accident.

In the early 1860's, he developed a self-portrait that appeared to feature the ghost of his cousin who had been dead for 12 years.

Mumler's most famous photograph apparently shows Mary Todd Lincoln with the "ghost" of her deceased husband, Abraham Lincoln.

Also Abraham Lincoln's Ghost, otherwise known as The White House Ghost, is said to have haunted the White House since his death in 1865.

Eleanor Roosevelt, President Dwight Eisenhower's press secretary, James Hagerty, and Liz Carpenter, press secretary to First Lady Lady Bird Johnson, said they felt Lincoln's presence many times.

The former president's footsteps are also said to be heard in the hall outside the Lincoln Bedroom.

President Harry S. Truman's daughter said she heard a specter rapping at the door of the Lincoln Bedroom when she stayed there, and believed it was Lincoln.

First Lady Grace Coolidge said she saw the ghost of Lincoln standing at a window in the Yellow Oval Room staring out at the Potomac.
